| At present,higher vocational education in China has entered a new stage of improving quality,enhancing value,and empowering,which puts forward higher requirements for the abilities of teachers in vocational colleges.Strengthening the "dual teacher" quality of teachers and accelerating the construction of a "dual teacher" teaching team is the trend of the times.Enterprise practice of teachers is an effective way to promote the professional development of vocational college teachers.China has achieved some successes in this regard,but has not achieved the expected results,and there is still significant room for development.This study applies stakeholder theory to the construction of enterprise practice system for vocational college teachers,with the aim of elaborating on the existing difficulties and causes of enterprise practice work for vocational college teachers from this theoretical perspective and proposing solutions.This study focuses on the research direction of "practical problems and countermeasures for vocational college teachers in enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders",and consists of four parts.In the first part,by reviewing the development of stakeholder theory and its application and development in the field of vocational education,the research framework for the enterprise practice of vocational college teachers under the stakeholder theory is determined,including the identification of stakeholders,their interest demands,and joint governance of stakeholders.The second part uses questionnaire survey and interview survey methods to provide data support for analyzing the existing problems in the enterprise practice of vocational college teachers in Shandong Province.Taking four vocational colleges in Shandong Province as the research object,teachers with practical experience in enterprises were selected for a questionnaire survey,and the questionnaire data was collected and analyzed;Conduct interviews and surveys with 6 school management personnel and 5 enterprise related personnel who have participated in teacher enterprise practice work,and use Nvivo 12 software for coding processing and analysis.Through organizing questionnaires and interview results,it can be concluded that the current problems in the enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province include: insufficient motivation of the main body and low level of participation;Poor communication between schools and enterprises,inadequate coordination work;Lack of supervision over schools and enterprises,and lack of constraints on teachers;The assessment is not reasonable enough,and the evaluation system is missing.The third part explores the causes of the existing problems in the practice of vocational college teachers in Shandong Province based on stakeholder theory: there are conflicts of interest among stakeholders;Lack of long-term cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises;The construction of the external guarantee system is lagging behind.The fourth part proposes countermeasures based on the existing problems and cause analysis of teacher enterprise practice in vocational colleges in Shandong Province.In order to promote joint governance among stakeholders and improve the quality of teacher enterprise practice work,it is necessary to improve the organizational structure of joint governance,establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,and strengthen the construction of external guarantee systems. |
