Knowledge is the ladder of human progress,reading is an important means to understand life to acquire knowledge.With the rapid development of the information age,the way of reading and the content of reading are being updated day by day.Promoting the improvement of reading ability is the inevitable requirement of the progress and development of The Times.At the present stage,reading teaching is the main way of students’ reading learning,but also an important part of primary school Chinese teaching,and teachers’ teaching behavior is the main factor affecting reading teaching.Based on the drama-like theory,this study selects the daily reading teaching videos of excellent primary school Chinese teachers as the research object,and uses NVivo software based on the improved reading teaching behavior coding system to analyze teachers’ speech behaviors,teacher-student verbal interaction behaviors,silence,technical behaviors and teachers’ non-verbal behaviors in the selected teaching videos,so as to quantify teachers’ reading teaching behaviors.Combined with the interview records of excellent teachers,the characteristics and influencing factors of excellent teachers’ reading teaching behavior are summarized and analyzed,in order to provide new reference for promoting the improvement of primary school Chinese teachers’ reading teaching behavior,so as to promote the reform of reading classroom teaching.In addition,starting from the self-presentation of excellent teachers in daily reading teaching,this thesis summarizes the regularity characteristics of reading teaching behaviors objectively presented by excellent teachers,so as to provide beneficial guidance for the professional development of Chinese teachers.This thesis mainly elaborates from the following parts:First of all,based on the existing coding system of Flanders classroom teaching behavior,this paper ADAPTS and constructs the coding system of reading teaching behavior,and sorts out five main reading teaching behaviors of excellent teachers as research objects,including teachers’ speech behavior,teacher-student verbal interaction behavior,silent behavior,technical behavior and teachers’ non-verbal behavior.On this basis,Nvivo software is used to encode and analyze the reading teaching videos of excellent teachers,and on this basis,it is concluded that excellent teachers have appropriate and effective speech behaviors,harmonious verbal interaction behaviors,appropriate control of classroom silent behaviors,flexible embedding of technical behaviors,and emphasis on guidance of non-verbal behaviors.In a certain level,there is a lack of speech expression planning.Text interpretation is biased,curriculum integration quality is lacking and so on.Thirdly,excellent Chinese teachers in primary schools are interviewed,and the factors influencing excellent teachers’ reading teaching behaviors are analyzed based on the interview materials as the support of data analysis of reading teaching videos,namely,the reasons influencing excellent teachers’ self-presentation.The analysis shows that the factors affecting the reading teaching behavior of primary school Chinese teachers mainly come from the level of teachers themselves,the level of schools and students,including teachers’ own teaching concept,teaching knowledge,school system,school culture,students’ basic ability and other factors.Finally,based on the characteristics and reasons of excellent teachers’ reading teaching behaviors,this thesis proposes to improve teachers’ own reading teaching behaviors and optimize teaching behaviors independently in order to optimize primary school Chinese teachers’ reading teaching behaviors.Focus on reading teaching,make clear the direction of teaching behavior optimization;Create a good atmosphere,promote the change of teaching behavior and other strategies. |
