| On the basis of theoretical analysis,this study constructs the regression model of the influencing factors of rural primary school labor education curriculum resources on the teaching effect of rural primary school labor education,and explores the influence of rural primary school labor education text resources,environmental resources and human resources on the teaching effect of rural primary school labor education.In the regression model,rural primary school labor education curriculum resources as the independent variable,including text resources,environmental resources,human resources three dimensions;The teaching effect of labor education in rural primary schools is the dependent variable,which includes three dimensions:curriculum implementation,offering situation and curriculum teaching effect.By adopting the method of stratified sampling,the primary school teachers in the towns and villages of Mudanjiang city were investigated and studied.SPSS22.0software was used to analyze the survey data,and the influence of curriculum resources of labor education in rural primary schools on the teaching effect of labor education in rural primary schools was explored.The survey results show that the curriculum resources of labor education in rural primary schools are insufficient,the teaching effect of labor education in rural primary schools is not ideal,there are significant differences in the curriculum resources of labor education in rural primary schools in different school characteristics,there are significant differences in the teaching effect of labor education in rural primary schools,there is a significant correlation between the curriculum resources of labor education in rural primary schools and the teaching effect.The curriculum resources of labor education in rural primary schools have a direct impact on the teaching effect of labor education in rural primary schools.The text resources,environment resources and human resources of labor education in rural primary schools are the key factors to improve the teaching effect.Therefore,we can promote the effective development of labor education by improving the utilization rate of labor education text resources in rural primary schools.Strengthen the construction of campus labor education environment,give full play to the education function of the environment;Strengthen the construction of rural primary school labor education teachers,improve the quality of labor education classroom teaching;Diversified measures should be taken to implement labor education courses to ensure the realization of labor education curriculum objectives.Through these strategies to improve the curriculum resources of labor education,it provides operable and effective suggestions and references for the improvement of the teaching effect of labor education in rural primary schools. |
