| The Report on the Party’s 20 th National Congress reaffirmed the need to cultivate well-rounded people,to carry out the fundamental task of establishing virtue and educating people.The core accomplishment of chemistry is the embodiment of students’ comprehensive quality,it reflects the basic requirement of chemical discipline education.Popularization of science is an important measure to improve the scientific quality of the whole people,it emphasizes the popularization of scientific and technological knowledge,the advocacy of scientific methods,the dissemination of scientific ideas and the promotion of scientific spirit in vivid ways.The content of popular science and the connotation of the core literacy of chemistry discipline complement each other,which is an effective way to improve the core literacy of chemistry discipline.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey method were used to study the ways to improve the core literacy of chemistry in high school students from the perspective of science popularization.Under the guidance of meaningful learning,"learning by doing" and STSE theory,this paper put forward the principles and paths to improve the core literacy of chemistry in senior high school from the perspective of science popularization,and sorted out the popular science materials and activities in the high school chemistry compulsory textbooks,two teaching cases "Chlorine and Its Compounds" and "Understanding Vehicle Energy" were designed.The results showed that popular science is an effective way to improve the core quality of chemistry subject of senior high school students,and is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation. |
