| Exponential function and logarithmic function,as two important basic elementary functions,not only play an important role in mathematics and other disciplines,but also have a wide range of applications in economics,society,and life.At the same time,exponential functions and logarithmic functions are also compulsory content in the college entrance examination over the years.This paper selects the content of exponential function and logarithmic function in the high school mathematics textbooks of People’s Education A Edition and Beijing Normal University Edition as the research object.The content structure,knowledge system,and training system were used to compare and analyze the two editions of textbooks,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on some teachers in G province who used People’s Education A edition textbooks and Beijing Normal University edition textbooks,and the following conclusions were obtained:In terms of content structure,the People’s Education A version of the textbook pays more attention to the process of knowledge generation,advocates the combination of multiple learning methods,focuses on the basics,and learns step by step study.The columns of textbooks in the People’s Education A version are vivid and lively with pictures and texts,while the columns of the textbooks in the Beijing Normal University version are clear,rigorous,simple and elegant.The knowledge structure diagram in the chapter summary of the Beijing Normal University edition textbook is more detailed and rigorous in sorting out the knowledge points and their internal connections in this chapter compared with the People’s Education A edition textbook.In terms of knowledge system,the People’s Education A version of the textbook involves slightly more knowledge points than the Beijing Normal University version,and the knowledge is richer,but the Beijing Normal University version of the textbook catalog divides the knowledge points more carefully and pays more attention to the application of information technology.People’s Education A version of the textbook focuses on the integrity of knowledge presentation,introduces concepts through examples,and pays attention to the connection between mathematics and life.The Beijing Normal University version of the textbook mostly gives concepts directly,rarely setting problem situations,and is straightforward.The frequency of application of information technology in the People’s Education A version of the textbook is about 1.5 times that of the Beijing Normal University version.Suggestions,an exclusive narration section.In the two editions of textbooks,mathematics culture occupies the highest proportion in the exercise part.The mathematics and culture materials of the People’s Education A edition textbook pay more attention to life-related issues,while the Beijing Normal University edition textbook pays more attention to scientific and technological issues.The two editions of the textbook Mathematical Culture involve fewer mathematical history and humanities and art materials,and the type of mathematical history is relatively single.In terms of the training system,the exercises in the two editions of textbooks are mainly calculation questions and answer questions.The number of exercises in the textbook of Beijing Normal University is almost twice that of the textbook of People’s Education A.In terms of comprehensive difficulty,the difficulty of various types of exercises in the People’s Education A version textbooks in descending order is: review reference questions,exercises,examples,exercises,while the Beijing Normal University edition textbook exercises are the least difficult,review reference questions are the most difficult,example questions and The difficulty of the exercises is somewhere in between.On the whole,the difficulty of the example exercises in the A version of the textbook is highger than that of the Beijing Normal University textbook.According to the above research conclusions,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,some suggestions are given for the compilation of textbooks:(1)pay attention to the connection and systematization between knowledge,and improve the grade of each column;(2)reasonably distribute the mathematics culture in textbooks,improve the integration of mathematics culture and mathematics teaching materials;(3)give full play to the advantages of information technology,improve students’ core mathematics literacy;(4)pay attention to the scientific rationality of the training system,and highlight the application value of mathematics. |
