| For a country to develop,it must have a solid economic foundation;the most important thing for economic development has excellent talent.Talents occupy a pivotal position in the construction system of colleges and universities and are the most critical success factor for the survival and development of colleges and universities.Compared with local colleges and universities in developed regions,public colleges and universities in Liaoning Province are often restricted by geography and economic and policy factors,and there are dilemmas and problems in introducing talents.The Liaoning provincial government has vigorously promoted the construction of talent in colleges and universities through a series of measures in recent years,focusing on introducing and cultivating talent and creating good conditions for talent growth.This paper collects and reads a lot of literature and policy documents,mainly based on human capital theory and hierarchy of needs theory,and uses the questionnaire survey method,literature analysis method,and data statistical analysis method to research the implementation,existing problems,and root causes of talent introduction in public colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,and connects theory with practice to propose corresponding improvement countermeasures and measures for public colleges and universities in Liaoning Province on the issue of talent introduction.This paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and measures for improving talent introduction in Liaoning public universities.First,this paper analyzes the questionnaires,investigates and compares the talent introduction policies of several universities in Liaoning Province,and then explores the everyday problems of talent introduction in public universities in Liaoning Province,mainly reflected in the following aspects.Firstly,the policy measures of talent introduction in universities could be more attractive.Secondly,the talent management system of colleges and universities needs a perfect evaluation mechanism.Thirdly,colleges and universities should pay more attention to talent introduction and pay more attention to follow-up management.Secondly,based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,and finally,based on the actual situation of colleges and universities,suggestions for improvement of talent introduction in public colleges and universities in Liaoning Province are put forward: the government should guide colleges and universities to formulate talent introduction policies that adapt to economic and social development,colleges and universities should formulate scientific and reasonable talent introduction assessment mechanisms,and colleges and universities should also establish good talent cultivation and development mechanisms.This paper combines human capital theory and the hierarchy of needs theory.It proposes optimization strategies for talent introduction in public universities in Liaoning Province based on problem identification and analysis to promote the optimization of talent team structure in public universities in Liaoning Province,which can provide a reference for talent introduction in public universities Province. |
