A Study On Community Building Involving Social Work Stations In Newly Built Community

With the social governance and community governance continue to develop and innovate,and community building,as a new practice model of community governance,has been widely concerned by scholars from all walks of life.On the one hand,the background of relevant development models continues to innovate,continuously promote the community from passive to active,enrich the forces involved in community building,and make the community pay more attention to the coordination and coordination of relevant participation forces.On the other hand,with the continuous change of the main form of participating in community building,township(street)social work stations that overcome "administrative" and strive to achieve the balance between services and resources have emerged.It plays the role of a regional comprehensive professional service platform to help community building and provide new ideas for the development of community governance.The topic of this study is community building involving social work station in newly built community.This paper focused on the construction project of G Town demonstration social work station undertaken by a social work agency in S City where the author participated,and the author studied the community building practice carried out for X community in G Town at one stage.This paper relied on social work station,a regional comprehensive social work service platform,mainly used community work methods and group work methods,integrated the theory of community governance,people in context and the theory of advantage perspective,and targeted the community building issues that existed in community X before the establishment of social work station,such as lack of multi-participation subject ability,weak community residents’ sense of community,and lack of systematic operation of self-organization within the community."Personify" the community,excavated the advantages of the community,started from promoting the sense of integration of community residents and creating good neighborly and friendly community relations.With this as the core,radiated development,combined multiple resources,promoted and inherited local culture,cultivated community autonomous organizations,created active participation of the public in community affairs,promoted quality shared environmental space in the community,and enhanced the capacity of community workers and local social organizations.Then,through the summary and reflection on the effectiveness of community building,the problems that arose in the process of the social work station itself and the operation of the social work station in the process of community building were found,and then focused on these existing problems and proposed corresponding solutions.It is hoped that social work stations can participate in the practice of community building in newly built communities,which not only will provide a new idea and a concrete and operable practical process for the initial stage of community building,but also provide a referential direction for social work stations to participate in community building and the resource linkage between the following communities.
