| Due to the development of media and people’s cognition,the exposure rate of sexual assault is getting higher and higher.In the daily communication of primary and middle school students,topics or news about sex are mentioned from time to time,such as the sexual assault of girls,the pregnancy of minors,and the younger age of sexual diseases.The latest revision of the Law on the Protection of Minors also reminds the public to pay attention to sex education.However,at present,most people in the society still hold conservative traditional concepts and avoid the topic of "sex".Schools only provide the most basic sex education,while family sex education is seriously absent.The serious imbalance between the supply and demand of children’s sex education is one of the main reasons why children become the main victims of sexual assault,while the phenomenon of left-behind children is even more serious.Left-behind children have always been a group of great public concern,but few people pay attention to the branch — — left-behind children in overseas Chinese hometown.Left-behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese mainly refer to the children whose parents are abroad and are left behind in the hometown of overseas Chinese as the relatives of overseas Chinese.According to the survey of X community of overseas Chinese,it is found that the sex education of left-behind children in overseas Chinese is similar to that of general left-behind children,and there are serious deficiencies in sexual physiology education,gender education and self-protection ability education.Different from ordinary left-behind children,the family environment of left-behind children in overseas Chinese hometown is relatively good,but there are more obstacles in parent-child relationship and communication,and more professional forces are needed to complement the shortcomings of family in sex education.In view of overseas Chinese left-behind children sex education problem,the author based on comprehensive education ethics design questionnaire and interview outline,through the questionnaire and interview method to X community left-behind children,from sexual physiological education,gender education and self-protection consciousness and ability three dimensions understand X community overseas Chinese of left-behind children sex education.According to the questionnaire and recruit the measurement results,from the community screening 12 sex education extreme lack of overseas Chinese left-behind children,in the form of education team to its intervention,based on demand assessment,on the basis of comprehensive education and energy theory design the eight group activities,and adopted the picture books,scene simulation in the form of interesting in order to achieve better service effect.Finally,through the feedback of observers,self-evaluation of social workers and the comparison of pre-test and post-test of service objects,the process and results of the intervention of the education team were evaluated,which proved that the effectiveness of the intervention in the sex education of left-behind children in overseas Chinese,but there are also limitations.Group work interventional sex education cannot replace family and school sex education,and group work covers a limited number of people and is inefficient.Therefore,the following countermeasures are proposed for the sex education of left-behind children in overseas Chinese hometown: families and schools should take the responsibility of sex education and carry out home-school education;carry out community work,give lectures on sex education,expand education subject and improve education ability;develop peer support and promote peer group education;diversify sex education methods to enhance education effect;strengthen parent-child contact and urge parents to participate in the growth process of children. |
