School physical education is an important component of school education,but it is still a relatively weak link in the education sector.Physical education is not emphasized in educational and teaching work,and physical education teachers have a low status in schools.With the continuous deepening of education reform,in recent years,the promulgation of relevant policy documents on the reform of "one school,one product" characteristic sports schools has put forward new requirements for school education and school sports.Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University takes quality education as an important entry point in school sports,and through coordination of local policies,characteristics,and other aspects,it has decided to use the construction of a "one school,one product" sports characteristic school centered on football as a breakthrough in school sports work.This article focuses on the construction of the football characteristic school at Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University in Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province.The research analyzes the achievements in school sports construction using methods such as literature review,interviews,questionnaires,on-site inspections,and mathematical statistics,the achievements of the school’s physical education construction under the "one school,one product" policy in Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University are analyzed and studied.The problems faced in the reform exploration are summarized,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University chose football as its featured program in the construction of "One School,One Specialty" characteristic schools based on the school’s philosophy of sports development,the level of investment in sports personnel,resources,and time,the acceptance of the project by students,the opinions of parents,and relevant policies for characteristic school construction.This choice aims to promote the development of sports in the school.2.Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University actively organizes various clubs based on the characteristics of its teachers,economic investment,available facilities and equipment,and time arrangements to meet the diverse needs of students.The football club,in particular,is highly popular among students.It not only caters to their interest in football but also helps improve their football skills and abilities.3.Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University introduces football into the extended break periods,taking into consideration the nature of football,and makes reasonable arrangements for its activities,format,duration,and intensity.The school actively establishes football training teams and achieves excellent results.This approach not only enhances students’ interest in football and promotes campus football activities but also demonstrates that the construction of football-themed schools is a correct measure for the development of school sports.It also contributes to the overall advancement of school sports and the cultivation of football talents for the nation.4.Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University has implemented a hierarchical system in its football-themed curriculum,aiming to better accommodate the individual differences among students.This allows students to receive comprehensive training and skill mastery,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of teaching.The development of the specialized curriculum is beneficial in stimulating students’ interest,improving learning efficiency,and laying a solid foundation for their future development.5.In the construction of the football characteristic school at Yancheng School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University,there are several problems,including uneven physical development among students,insufficient number of physical education teachers for the characteristic project,inadequate facilities for the characteristic project,and traditional teaching methods in physical education classes.These issues have caused varying degrees of impact on the development of characteristic sports in the school.In response to these problems,relevant measures have been proposed,which also provide a reference for the reform of physical education teaching in "one school,one product" schools in Yancheng and surrounding areas. |
