Research purposes:The future employment direction of physical education specialty is physical education teachers.The quality of physical education teaching is directly related to the training of reserve talents.Having solid basic skills and correct technical specifications is an indispensable basic quality for PE teachers.By changing the training method to intervene in the positive overhand service,the problems of the students in physical education who serve the ball through the net,with unstable placement and weak aggressiveness can be solved,and the aggressiveness of students’ service can be improved;In view of the problems of serving with the same hand and foot,unfixed trajectory of arm swing,deformation of technical movements,and incoherent technical connection,specific training programs are proposed to improve the consistency and accuracy of students’ service technical movements;It provides guarantee for students majoring in physical education to do well in teaching demonstration in the future physical education teaching practice.Experimental subjects and methods: Students from the 20 th grade volleyball major of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education were used as experimental subjects.Mainly using the literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,comparative analysis method and other methods,two different experimental schemes were designed,and the students in the experimental group were transformed and the students in the control group were traditionally trained.The training effects of the two are compared,and the application effect of "transformation training method" in the teaching of physical education major classes is discussed.The following results can be obtained by comparing the test data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group:(1)In terms of physical fitness,the boys and girls in the experimental group had a significant improvement before and after the experiment(P<0.05),while the boy and female students in the control group did not improve significantly(P>0.05).(2)In terms of technical compliance,the male and female students in the experimental group had a significant improvement before and after the experiment(P<0.05),the initial serving speed of the boys in the experimental group increased by5.5m/s,the success rate increased by 54%,and the ability of the fixed-point area was enhanced;The initial serving speed of the girls in the experimental group increased by5m/s,and the success rate increased by 62%.The designated areas have made great progress(areas I and V need to be strengthened).The initial service speed of girls in the control group increased by 1.87m/s,and the initial speed of male students in the control group increased by 1.89m/s.The female generation power increased by 29%,the male student increased by 8%,and the accuracy of the No.5 area of the female student and the No.1 area of the male student in the designated area was not high,and the improvement was not significant.(3)In terms of technical evaluation,there were extremely significant changes(P<0.001)before and after the experiment for boys and girls in the experimental group,and the average technical evaluation of girls increased by 12.25 points and that of boys by 10.75 points.In the control group,there was no significant improvement in boys and girls(P>0.05),and the average technical evaluation of girls increased by1.75 points and that of boys by 3.25 points.Conclusion:(1)The transformation training method improved the aggressiveness,success rate,stability and accuracy of the frontal serve of the students in the experimental group.Combined with the power mode of serving technique,special strength exercises are designed to not only improve students’ strength quality,but also enhance the coordinated transmission of the movement chain between the joints and muscle tissues of the body,which helps to speed up the serve and improve aggression.(2)Through the traditional practice method to intervene in the service of the control group students,the students’ frontal serving technique was improved to a certain extent,which was reflected in the improvement of serving speed and success rate,and the weak serving ability in the fixed area.According to the physical fitness specified in the syllabus,the physical fitness specified in the syllabus was practiced step by step,and the student’s partial physical fitness was improved,but there was no targeted special physical fitness practice for the weak points of the serve.As a result,incongruity persists.Males survive in a condition where a strong serve causes deformation of the body.The upper body strength of the girls has increased,and the pass rate of the serve has increased.(3)After twelve weeks of strengthening the frontal upper hand serve of the experimental group,targeted special physical fitness exercises established muscle memory.Technical actions reach the automation stage.The students clarified the key points of the frontal serve,the transformation training method solved the difficulties of the serve,the students established the correct technical specifications,and the standardization was strengthened.The control group did not have a smooth whip throw,resulting in a lower serving speed than the experimental group,and the technique lacked standardization,resulting in a low success rate.
