| Artistic gymnastics is the perfect combination of sports and art, also known as "new gymnastics" or "rhythmic gymnastics".It started relatively late in our country but has developed rapidly. In recent years, children’s artistic gymnastics programs have seen rapid development. In order to better promote the development of children’s artistic gymnastics programs and cultivate more high-quality talent for artistic gymnastics, this article attempts to incorporate bar exercises derived from ballet foundation training as a new training method for children’s artistic gymnastics. This article mainly adopts research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, experiments, expert interviews, logical analysis, and mathematical analysis.Taking "The Effect of Ballet Foundation Training Bar Exercises on Improving Children’s Artistic Gymnastics Training" as the research object,24 zero-based students from Kunlun Kindergarten in Xi’an were selected as the experimental subjects. After the initial physical fitness test, the students’ scores were used to divide them into the experimental group and the control group.Carefully designed the principles, goals, content, implementation plan, and evaluation plan of the experimental practice. The experimental group incorporated ballet foundation training bar exercises into children’s artistic gymnastics training, while the control group only used conventional training.Through 12 weeks of teaching and training, with two lessons per week and a total of 24 lessons, the initial, intermediate, and final tests were conducted in the 1st,9th,and 24 th lessons, respectively. The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)Ballet foundation training bar exercises have a significant effect on improving strength, flexibility, and balance in children’s artistic gymnastics training.(2)The "learning, practicing, and competing" approach can be applied to children’s artistic gymnastics training and teaching.(3)Ballet foundation training bar exercises have a significant effect on improving the physical difficulty and basic hand-to-hand movements in children’s artistic gymnastics.(4)Ballet foundation training bar exercises can be applied as a training method in children’s artistic gymnastics training and are superior to traditional training methods in certain aspects.(5)Parental attitudes play a crucial role in whether children participate in children’s artistic gymnastics training. The following recommendations are proposed:(1)In children’s artistic gymnastics training, incorporate targeted ballet foundation training bar exercises to improve the learning effect of flexibility, physical difficulty, and basic movements.(2)The "learning, practicing, and competing" model can be fully utilized in the design and implementation of children’s artistic gymnastics programs.(3)Use ballet foundation training bar exercises to specifically improve the learning effect of physical difficulty and basic hand-to-hand movements in children’s artistic gymnastics.(4)In children’s artistic gymnastics training, combine ballet foundation training bar exercises with traditional training methods to achieve better training results.(5)When establishing children’s artistic gymnastics training programs, conduct thorough market research on parents’ needs and expectations, which can greatly enhance the effectiveness of the programs. |
