The Traditional Martial Arts Of The New Era "Zhizishou" In Eastern Henan Research On The Development And Innovation Path

Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the Party Central Committee has issued a series of policies and launched a series of major initiatives for the construction of a strong cultural and sports nation in China,in order to continuously excavate,protect and inherit national sports items with Chinese characteristics.As one of the traditional martial arts,it has multiple values of physical fitness and cultural connotation.By using literature,expert interview,field investigation and logical analysis,we will investigate the value of traditional martial arts and analyze the main difficulties that limit its inheritance,so as to propose a rationalized inheritance path for the development of traditional martial arts in the new era and improve its inheritance development system.The study concludes that:(1)According to historical records,in the 1920 s,Yang Xiaobian,a martial artist who made his living as a cotton trader in his hometown in the Liupan Mountains,passed on the art to Zhoukou,and under the influence of the culture of the eastern part of the country,a traditional national sport with characteristics of the eastern part of the country was formed.(2)The Yudong "Zhizishou" project has two main aspects of heritage: technical and cultural.The technical aspect includes gongfa,sparring and songs,while the cultural aspect includes martial arts ethics,martial arts etiquette and martial arts spirit.(3)The functional values of Yudong’s "Zhizihshou" include: strengthening the body for recreation and improving national health;cultural enrichment and promoting cultural identity;technical combat and defence,helping to protect the country and the people;and humanistic education and passing on martial arts culture.(4)Factors that restrict the development of Yudong "Zhizishou" include: the limitations of the attributes of skill and combat;the limitations of the mode of transmission;and the limitations of time and space.The factors to be taken into consideration in the development of the branch hand include: clarifying the main position and important role of people in the inheritance of martial arts projects;selecting the social masses with sufficient time as the main group for inheritance;preserving and disseminating the branch hand through various media is an important push to achieve widespread implementation of the project;teaching the gongfa and sparring forms of the branch hand differently for different groups of practitioners.(5)In order to achieve the development of Yudong “Zhizishou”,the protection of nonheritage is the fundamental way to pass on the project,technology is the characteristic of the times for the preservation of the project,school education is the main venue for the popularisation of the project,internet publicity is the new way of spreading the project,national fitness is the basic force for the development of the project,cultural exchange is the inevitable trend for the progress of the project The practical martial arts is the essence of the project’s pursuit,and scientific research is the strong support for the project’s perfection.
