Abstract/Summary:
Good sports quality is the basis for competitive aerobics athletes to complete technical movements and high-quality complete sets,and is also a prerequisite for achieving excellent results.At present,there are abundant research on the training methods and related research of competitive aerobics physical fitness,but the research mainly focuses on ordinary special students,and the research on training intervention for elite athletes above competitive aerobics master is relatively lacking.The current development of Crossfit training system is relatively mature,and it has been widely used in many sports events.However,there is little research and application in the field of competitive aerobics,and the empirical research on the intervention of competitive aerobics elite athletes as experimental samples for Crossfit training is almost zero.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and takes 30 outstanding competitive aerobics athletes in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as experimental samples.According to gender differences,they are randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.They are trained for 8 weeks,five times a week,and the two training groups are completely consistent except for sports quality training,The experimental group used Crossfit training in sports quality training,and the experimental group used traditional conventional sports quality training.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign related papers and research,on the basis of literature,combined with expert advice,set up training intervention programs and test indicators.After all training,the experimental samples were tested after 48 hours of full rest.The test results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in general sports quality and special sports quality.The following conclusions are drawn through research:1.High level competitive aerobics athletes should pay attention to meeting the training principles of comprehensiveness,systematicity,pertinence,combination,and specialization when training.2.The special strength quality of competitive aerobics is reflected in the strength shown by overcoming their own gravity,such as difficult techniques and calisthenics movements,and the strength shown by overcoming the weight of their peers with lifting and cooperation;The speed at which specialized speed quality movements are launched,the speed at which difficulty techniques are pushed,stretched,and twisted,and the displacement speed is reflected in the speed at which the route moves;Special endurance quality: Continuously completing complete sets of movements,and maintaining the endurance to complete difficult techniques and maneuvers with high quality;Special flexibility is reflected in technical movements such as kicking,chopping,and jumping,while static flexibility is reflected in technical movements such as forking and Vincent;Sensitivity is mainly reflected in two aspects: spatial sense and temporal sense.3.CrossFit training can significantly improve the fast strength,anaerobic endurance and other sports qualities of female competitive aerobics athletes,but it is not significant for the improvement of flexibility.4.CrossFit training can significantly improve the general sports qualities of male competitive aerobics athletes,such as fast strength,explosive force,anaerobic endurance and flexibility5.CrossFit training can significantly improve the various special sports qualities of excellent competitive aerobics male and female athletes,and thus effectively improve sports performance.
