Chinese national aerobics team has achieved many honors in the world. The advanced training methods and successful experience play an important part in promoting the development of our competitive aerobics and competitive aerobics level. It also provide the basis for the training of the vast competitive aerobics coaches. In this study, the research object is Chinese national team athletes in 2009 aerobics training. It uses on-site observations, expert interviews, documents and materials, etc as research methods. In a study of design basis, training content and training methods of national aerobics team's training program of a complete training phase. In-depth understanding of High-level competitive aerobics athletes'training come to the following conclusions:1. High level Aerobics athletes'training on speed and strength must be integrated by the difficulties in a complete set of exercise and in accordance with link stress analysis and characteristics of exercise physiology of sports anatomy as well as mechanics and load characteristics in order to scientific the training and improve the athletic ability more efficiently.2. From preparation to participation National Aerobics athletes divide the training arrangement into two cycles on week as a unit and divide the training content into physical training section, technical skill training and complete set of training. We should stick to the point and develop athletes'one or two sections of main complete ability in a short term. The proportion of complete sets and technical skill training sections is increasing as well as the bearing intensity of speed and strength training. While the training amount is decreased gradually and the content is more similar with contest and the transition of the point of training to the real is going gradually.3. High-level aerobics athletes'strength training should be mainly about special speed training and others that are assistance. The special speed training should be scheduled for the former part of physical training in the class to ensure that athletes can participate in the speed strength training in the state of competition best forever.4. The training methods of group A is on the basis of picking up the front support action. Action should be designed to reflect the players handled the stage of the trunk in the direction of motion change. For example: vertical propped up behind the clap, sway the body propped up off the front support pads, front support prop up the body before Yuela mats, front support 180°swivel hips propped up off the mattress. Group dynamic lower extremity training methods with traditional dance practice as the prototype of deep focus on developing the athletes on the mat from a standing take-off phase of the capacity of flight phase tuck, straddle, and legs, rotating, and landing phases of physical control.5. Training practices of National Aerobics training team is based on the training guiding principles of coaches, training concepts are based on the traditional training methods. Training arrangements reflect the holistic, developmental and multidimensional. Close contact with the world development trend of aerobics, and explore the similar projects of the same group of training features, innovative training methods.
