| The SAQ training method(composed of the initials of the English word "speed,sensitivity and quick start")is a general term for the training program implemented to improve students’ speed,sensitivity and quick start ability.Its idea is to "to make the boring teaching full of passion and vitality,so that every student involved in the teaching is full of passion,so that teachers and students can experience happiness from this kind of training".SAQ training method is a new physical training method,which has been introduced in China,and there are few studies on the application of SAQ training method in China.This study aims to optimize and enrich the classroom training content,and further discusses the application of SAQ training method in the tennis teaching of 10-12 years old.In addition,the experimental results are deeply analyzed,and the SAQ training method can effectively improve the basic physical quality and tennis skills of the 10-12-year-old young students,and provide a little help for the future youth tennis training.This paper studies the application of SAQ training method in tennis teaching for teenagers aged 10-12.In the paper,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and other methods,using 10-12 year teenagers(male)in the Affiliated primary school of Central China Normal University(Nanhu Community)as the experimental objects,and the students were randomly divided into two groups for 12 weeks(54 periods).Before the experiment,the experiment ensured that the physical quality and tennis technology of the experimental subjects were at the same development level.After the experiment,the physical quality,forehand and backhand shots and serve skills were tested,the emotional attitude of tennis training was investigated,and the differences were tested.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)After training and intervention,the two groups of students × 8.Round-trip running,standing long jump,hexagonal jump,T-shaped test and half-meter shaped test are all significantly improved,which shows that SAQ training method and traditional physical training method have a positive effect on the improvement of the physical quality of10-12-year-old teenagers.(2)The SAQ training method is different from the traditional physical training method.The traditional physical training can only improve each physical quality on average,and the improvement range is relatively gentle;The SAQ training method can comprehensively exercise students’ various qualities and abilities,and greatly improve students’ ability in speed,sensitivity and fast start.(3)After the experimental intervention of SAQ training method and traditional physical training method,it was found that the basic tennis skills of the two groups of students were improved,but the improvement of the students in the experimental group was larger than that of the control group,indicating that the SAQ training method has a better effect on the basic technology of youth tennis.(4)After the teaching experiment with two training methods,the test indicators of training sentiment and attitude in the experimental group are significantly different from those in the control group,which shows that SAQ training method can effectively improve students’ internal motivation and training interest,and improve their love of tennis.(5)In terms of training content,SAQ training method is more systematic,comprehensive and interesting than traditional physical training method,which can better mobilize students’ enthusiasm and improve their love of tennis;In terms of the results achieved,SAQ training method is better than traditional physical training method in comprehensive comparison;To sum up,SAQ training method is more suitable for 10-12 juvenile tennis teaching and training. |
