In the current sports college entrance examination projects in various provinces of China,the projects dominated by lower limb strength and explosive force account for the largest proportion.The level of lower limb strength affects the improvement of sports performance of sports college entrance examination students.This paper explores the influence of resistance training,rapid telescopic compound training and compound training on the explosive force of lower limbs of sports college entrance examination students,further enriches the theory of lower limb strength training of sports college entrance examination students,and helps sports college entrance examination students and coaches choose scientific and reasonable strength training methods,so as to improve training efficiency and promote performance improvement.It mainly adopts expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.45 sports college candidates are selected as experimental objects.They are randomly divided into 15 people in experimental group A(rapid scaling compound training group),experimental group B(compound training group)and control group(impedance training group).The method of training tests the four indicators that reflect the explosive power of the lower limbs of sports college students before and after the test.By comparing the changes of the results of the experimental group and the lower limb explosiveness test indicators of the control group before and after the experiment,the impact of three different strength training methods on the lower limbs of sports college candidates is tested.Research results:(1)After the experiment,the four indexes of the experimental group A were significantly different(P<0.05).In the experimental group B,there was a very significant difference in the 30-meter sprint and standing long jump after the experiment(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference in the height of the vertical jump and the three-level frog jump(P<0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences in the 30-meter sprint,standing long jump and three-stage frog jump in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the vertical jump height(P> 0.05).(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group B and the experimental A group and the control group under the multiple analysis of30-meter sprint running,standing long jump and in-situ vertical jump(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the performance of the three-level frog jump(P>0.05),there were significant differences between the experimental A group and the control group in 30-meter sprint running and in-situ vertical jump(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the standing long jump and the three-level frog jump(P>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)All three strength training methods can promote the improvement of the lower limb explosive performance of sports college candidates,and the test results of various lower limb explosive indexes in the compound training group have the greatest increase.(2)Under the intervention of the three strength training methods,compound training is the most obvious improvement in the lower limb explosive performance of sports college candidates,followed by rapid expansion compound training.A single resistance training does not improve the lower limb explosive performance of sports college candidates.(3)Compound training has a good training effect on improving the explosive force of lower limbs of sports college candidates,which can provide reference for the strength training of sports college candidates. |
