The long jump is an important part of the track and field special training course of university physical education major.At the same time,the long jump belongs to the basic track and field project,which occupies an important position in the school track and field course of our country.Long jump belongs to the fast strength event group dominated by physical ability.The research on strength has always been the focus and difficulty of long jump project research.Nowadays,most of the research still stays at the level of single strength training means and methods.There are relatively few researches on how to apply strength training to long jump training.Therefore,this paper will mainly focus on the application of compound training in physical education Research on the application of professional long jump training.Compound training is a kind of training form that combines traditional strength training with fast stretching compound training.This training mode combines resistance training exercises with plyometrics exercises or explosive exercises in the same training unit to improve the strength and explosive power of athletes.Compound training is the main way of strength training in fast strength oriented events,which is widely used in sprint,high jump,basketball,football and other events.This study will screen out specific action practice methods according to the characteristics of long jump,reasonably arrange them in long jump training,and explore the application effect of compound training in long jump training.This paper mainly uses literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and other empirical methods,according to the principle of random distribution,Beijing Sport University grade 2020 physical education special class 1 is divided into two groups,one group is the experimental group,the other group is the control group,the two groups will adopt compound strength training and traditional resistance strength training intervention,four long jump every week The experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results were as follows:(1)The results of long jump training under the intervention of compound training is significantly better than that of long jump training under the intervention of traditional resistance strength training.The results of long jump mainly show the achievement of reaching the standard and technical evaluation.Obviously,compound training is more suitable for long jump special training.(2)Compound training can significantly improve the speed ability of middle school students in long jump training,and its promotion effect is obviously better than the traditional resistance strength training.(3)Compound training can significantly improve students’ jumping ability in long jump training.The improvement of jumping ability is mainly reflected in the level of long jump ability and high jump ability.The income from compound training is significantly more than that of traditional resistance strength training.(4)Compound training can significantly improve the strength ability of middle school students in long jump training.The improvement of strength ability is mainly reflected in 1RM squat and 1RM bench push.For the increase effect of strength ability,compound training is obviously better than resistance training.(5)Under the intervention of effective training methods,both traditional strength training and compound training can improve students’ strength...
