| Communication is a necessary life skill for human beings,and it is a link for information and emotion transmission and communication between people.With the gradual deepening of educational reform,the important value of communication in mathematics classroom has been widely recognized by everyone.China’s 2022 edition of the "Standards for Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum" proposes that mathematics is a language tool for expression and communication,and mathematics courses should cultivate students’ core literacy to express the real world in mathematical language.However,domestic and foreign researchers have found that in actual classroom teaching,the situation of mathematical communication is often not ideal.How to carry out active and effective communication in mathematics classroom to reduce low-level Formal communication has become a problem that needs to be solved at present.Firstly,this study randomly selected 2 high-quality courses from the video of high-quality courses released by the National Education Resources Public Service Platform according to the four fields of mathematics course content,a total of 8 high-quality courses.Secondly,through the methods of literature analysis and video observation,a specific observation scale for teachers’ teaching behavior from the perspective of effective communication was developed,and based on the definition of effective communication and relevant influencing factors,the effectiveness tendency of teachers’ teaching behavior was diagnosed.Then,the selected sample classes were coded and analyzed using qualitative analysis software NVivo12 to count the frequency of teaching behavior of teachers with different communication effectiveness tendencies,From the perspective of effective communication,detailed analysis is conducted on teachers’ teaching demonstration behavior,questioning and waiting behavior,feedback and evaluation behavior,and organizational management behavior.The characteristics of teachers’ teaching behavior from the perspective of effective communication are summarized,and suggestions for optimizing teachers’ teaching behavior from the perspective of effective communication are further proposed to improve the effective communication level in mathematics classroom.Based on the above observation and analysis,this study proposes four suggestions for optimizing teacher behavior from the perspective of effective mathematical communication:teachers should hone their classroom teaching skills and build communication bridges;Teachers should focus on classroom thinking expression and expand the depth of communication;Teachers should construct a multiple evaluation system to cultivate communication confidence;Teachers should optimize organizational management skills and improve communication efficiency. |
