| The one-day life of children refers to all the activities that children experience during their whole time in kindergarten from the morning to the afternoon,which can be used as the carrier of education.According to the needs of children’s physical and mental development,children’s one-day life education activities include life activities,play activities,outdoor activities and teaching activities.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of children’s one-day life education activity system,analyze the problems existing in the system,and optimize the system.In this study,the system science theory is introduced into the one-day life education activities of children,this paper analyzes the elements of the system of one-day-life education activities for children,including kindergarten management,teacher organization and implementation,teacher evaluation and reflection,therefore,we can achieve the goal of the full integration of the system of children’s one-day life education activities,and carry out the education concept in children’s one-day life,and realize the maximization of the value of children’s one-day life education.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,the observation method,the investigation child one day life education activity system present situation,by distributing a questionnaire on the status quo of the system of children’s one-day life education activities to 10 kindergartens in Shaanxi province,interview D kindergarten management teachers and front-line teachers on the day of life education activities for children’s views of the system,at the same time,the system of daily life education activities of children of different ages in D kindergarten was observed.It is found that there are the following problems in the system: the management concept is not clear in the system;Time planning interval is much,use time is short.In the aspect of teachers’ organization and implementation,the educational goal is mainly teaching,the contents of organization and implementation are not in harmony with children’s physical and mental development,and the methods of organization and implementation are mostly collective forms.Evaluation and reflection is the content of evaluation and reflection influenced by teachers’ educational ideas,and teachers are short of standard evaluation standards.Suggestions: in the kindergarten management,set up a scientific management concept of one-day life education activities system,integrate the work of teachers,with different age groups of children for time planning;As for the organization and implementation of teachers,the focus of the system is mainly on games,and the organization and implementation of oneday life education in different age groups are close to the needs of children,to enrich the methods of organization and implementation of children’s one-day life education,to pay attention to the content of evaluation and reflection in teachers’ evaluation and reflection,to set up a standard system of teacher’s evaluation and reflection in the one-day life education for children. |
