Since the Central Office and the State Office issued Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as Opinions),profound changes have taken place in the traditional education consciousness of schools,society and families.According to the official website of the Ministry of Education,important progress and obvious results have been achieved in the national "double reduction" work in 2021.From the point of view of physical education workers,we should continue to consolidate and improve the work level of "double reduction" in schools,implement the policy of "double reduction",and steadily promote the process of the goal of "enjoying fun,enhancing physical fitness,perfecting personality and sharpening willpower" in school sports.On October 16,2022,at the opening session of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered a report entitled "Holding High the Great Banner of socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Striving in Unity to build a modern socialist Country in an all-round way",proposing to "promote the all-round development of mass and competitive sports and speed up the building of a strong sports country".On October 25,Xinhua News Agency was authorized to publish the full text of "Unity and Struggle for the Comprehensive Construction of a modern socialist Country",which contains a total of 42 words on sports expression,complete expression: "Extensively carry out the national fitness activities,strengthen the youth sports work,promote the all-round development of mass sports and competitive sports,speed up the construction of sports power."This research adopts the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,field observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the current physical education teaching status of 11 junior middle schools and physical education teachers in nine counties and two districts of Hanzhong City.From Hanzhong junior middle school students physical education,physical health knowledge teaching,physical education development,teachers,physical homework design,after-school service,family physical education of the current situation of systematic analysis and discussion,found that can be improved problems,in order to promote the Hanzhong junior middle school physical education work to a certain extent.It provides theoretical and practical reference experience for the physical education of junior middle schools in the territory.The results show that:(1)Students are not interested in physical education,teachers do not pay enough attention to the ideological and political aspects of the curriculum,students do not have enough awareness of physical education and health knowledge teaching,and the teaching hours of health education are not enough.(2)The development of physical education is limited by teaching resources,and the difference of teaching resources is great.The vitality of PE teachers can not be sustained,and the overall quality of teachers needs to be strengthened.(3)The main role of students in the design of sports homework is ignored,students do not pay enough attention to sports homework,and the arrangement and completion system of sports homework is not perfect.(4)The curriculum of after-school service is not rich enough,and the after-school service system is not perfect enough.(5)In the family physical education,the family sports atmosphere is not strong.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Thoroughly carry out ideological and political education in the curriculum,take health first as the criterion,create a suitable classroom environment,cultivate students’ interest in learning and stimulate their learning motivation.To optimize the dissemination of sports health knowledge and promote the national strategy of "Healthy China".(2)Strengthen the construction of teachers,stimulate the vitality of teachers,and structurally adjust the team of high-quality talents.Implement teacher rotation within the school district to realize the equalization of educational resources.(3)Optimize the sports homework design system and assessment according to the principles of sports homework design.(4)Improve the achievement evaluation system of after-school sports services;Improve the quality of after-school services in multiple levels and multiple dimensions(5)Optimize the awareness of "home-school" sports linkage.Vigorously advocate the "home-school" coordination,create and promote the three-dimensional development model based on family physical education unit,school physical education as the center,community sports as extension and supplement,promote resource sharing and complementary advantages,linkage development of youth sports. |
