| Parental stress of mothers in "semi-mobile families" is an emotional problem that accompanies the increased cost of raising children and the long-term absence of the father’s role in the special family structure.Emotional problems can have a negative impact on mothers’ physical and mental health, and even lead to depression, anxiety and other psychological problems, while at the same time making it difficult for mothers to establish good communication and trust with their children, dysfunctional parent-child relationships, and damaging the family atmosphere and affecting the interaction between family members.Taking "semi-mobile families" in X County,Shaanxi Province,as an example, through a mixed research method, using participant observation, questionnaires, scales, and in-depth interviews,we found that mothers of "semi-mobile families" in relocated communities face greater parenting stress due to changes in family structure, living environment, and social support networks. In the process of raising their children, mothers of "semi-mobile families"were found to face greater parental stress problems such as parental sorrow and dysfunctional parent-child interaction due to changes in family structure, living environment and social support network, and their parental sorrow level was characterized by the accumulation of worries and bitterness, frequent anxiety, difficulty in resolving sorrow and strong sense of helplessness. At the same time, the dysfunctional parent-child interaction level is characterized by poor parent-child interaction and parent-child relationship tension. The lack of informal social support system and formal social support system as well as the lack of self-support system are the main causes of parenting stress among mothers of "semi-mobile families" relocated to other places.Under the social support theory, the fathers of"semi-mobile families" should be made more aware of their parental responsibilities and strengthen the emotional support of their husbands, and at the same time,in order to alleviate intergenerational communication conflicts, intergenerational communication groups and Satya family therapy model should be used to enhance the intergenerational emotional support of"semi-mobile families".At the same time,in order to alleviate intergenerational communication conflicts,we strengthen intergenerational emotional support for "semi-mobile families" through intergenerational communication groups and the Satya family therapy model;build friendship support networks at the peer and neighborhood levels, and give full play to the function of informal support networks;secondly,at the local government level,we strengthen special financial investment and vigorously develop township enterprises,so as to promote local employment for fathers of "semi-mobile families",reduce the economic burden of families, and change the long-term absence of fathers."In addition,we should develop social work stations in townships, link resources, and provide training courses to improve parenting skills,so as to alleviate the dysfunction of parent-child interaction and build a perfect formal social support network. Finally, under the theory of empowerment,we remove the obstacles of community rejection, community safety risks and negative evaluations in the environment to empower and empower mothers of "semi-mobile families" and relieve the pressure of parenting. |
