Construction Of Teaching Evaluation Index System Of Group Gymnastics Elective Course Under OBE Concept

"The Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the construction of first-class undergraduate courses" pointed out: "Change the concept,the concept is new" "scientific evaluation,students are busy" "After about three years,the construction of about 10,000 national and about 10,000 provincial first-class undergraduate courses." OBE is the guiding concept of first-class curriculum construction,which emphasizes "student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement",pays more attention to the importance of evaluation,and uses the mode of combining process evaluation and result evaluation to enhance the advanced level of curriculum,highlight innovation and increase challenge.The construction of the teaching evaluation index system of group gymnastics curriculum under the OBE concept focuses on stimulating students’ learning motivation,professional aspirations and high quality teaching tasks,improving the teaching evaluation system of group gymnastics elective courses,improving the quality of group gymnastics first-class curriculum construction,and providing theoretical reference for the construction of group gymnastics first-class curriculum.The evaluation index system of team gymnastics elective course in Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education under the concept of OBE is constructed as the research object,and the methods of literature,investigation,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics are used.It focuses on the representative problem of "which aspects and criteria should be used to construct the evaluation index system of mass gymnastics teaching under the OBE concept".Firstly,OBE education concept is used as the analysis indicator selection direction and the expected indicator system is constructed for teacher teaching and student learning.Secondly,12 experts were invited to consult on the index system and revise each index.After two rounds of Delphi method,a satisfactory index system was formed.Thirdly,experts are invited to evaluate the importance of indicators to calculate the weight of indicators.Finally,the paper analyzes the nature of group gymnastics curriculum and students’ learning results,constructs the evaluation index system of group gymnastics teaching under the OBE concept,designs its application cases,and finally draws the following conclusions:(1)The teaching evaluation index system of group gymnastics elective courses under the OBE concept is divided into three levels.The first index consists of three aspects: knowledge structure,ability structure and quality structure.The secondary index includes 12 aspects,such as basic theory,program design,creation and design ability,organization and training ability,artistic accomplishment,carrying forward the spirit of The Times and mission.The three indexes include 43 aspects,such as elements of group gymnastics,drawing exercises,creative artistic conception,teaching and training preparation ability,communication and cooperation ability,and professional affection.(2)The constructed index system is goal-oriented,operable and practical.The index system is constructed based on the OBE concept to clarify the evaluation content and weight to highlight the process assessment and evaluation,and effectively improve the learning of mass gymnastics.The index focuses on the learning results of students,and constantly enables students to gradually reach the peak of learning results.The score table and assessment cases designed by the system construction are used to assist teachers in teaching and students in learning,and the learning blueprint that can be expected in students’ learning results is formulated by using the cases,so that the actual situation of learning is easy for teachers and students to master and operate.The index system can be used in the actual teaching evaluation of group gymnastics.(3)The teaching evaluation index system under the OBE concept has the characteristics of subject bidirectional,significant results and dynamic improvement.With the continuous reform and optimization of the content and form of the index system,the teaching evaluation index system of mass gymnastics under the OBE concept always makes teachers’ teaching and students’ learning correspond.At the same time of the continuous reform of the group gymnastics,the teaching evaluation index system is continuously improved,which is embodied in: paying attention to the peak of learning results,giving full play to the vitality of teaching evaluation content,realizing the diversification of evaluation subjects,and focusing more on the combination of process evaluation and final evaluation.
