Research On The Service Efficiency Of National Social Sports Instructors In Tianjin

This paper adopts the method of literature,by means of questionnaire survey,mathematical Statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the social sports instructors and their service objects in Tianjin state-level society,and studies the service efficiency of social sports instructors in Tianjin,from the aspects of professional ability,organization ability and service attitude,and draws the following conclusions:1 Tianjin National Social Sports Instructor Service Effectiveness Evaluation: From the service object to the service person’s comprehensive ability,the skill,the Management Ability Analysis Service person’s specialized ability,the service object thinks the service person’s professional ability needs to raise,the organization form is unitary,the service object and the service person interpersonal relationship exists the disharmony factor.2 The influencing factors of the service efficiency of the National social Sports instructors in Tianjin: Professional ability and organizational ability are two factors that affect the service efficiency,the existing professional ability of the social instructors in Tianjin is not comprehensive,and the form of service capacity needs to be more diversified,and the content of the organization needs to be richer.3 The improvement countermeasures of the service efficiency of the social sports instructor in Tianjin: the paper puts forward the perfect countermeasure of professional ability from the aspects of optimizing the educational background of the National social sports instructors in Tianjin,improving the skills and so on,puts forward the countermeasure of organizing ability from the aspect of enlarging propaganda and constructing service facilities,and puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting service attitude from perfecting Service guarantee and correct service attitude.
