Research On The Construction And Application Of The Evaluation System Of The Community Model Of Physical And Medical Fusion In China

In the new era,health has become an important aspect of people’s growing demands for a better life.Related policy documents,such as the National Nutrition Plan(2017-2030),Opinions on Promoting National Fitness and Sports Consumption and Promoting High-quality Development of the Sports Industry,and Notice on Several Opinions on Promoting Lifestyle Service Industry to Improve the quality of Life of the People in order to strengthen non-medical health interventions,We will guide people to form the concept of integrating physical and medical services into health promotion,and encourage social organizations to establish a practice model of integrating physical and medical services that suits them.The model of physical medicine integration is the intermediate link between theory and practice,the product of the organic combination of sports science idea and modern medical idea,and the model of physical medicine integration community is an important form of physical medicine integration.Beijing,Shanghai,Xian,Chengdu and the other places have launched the exploration and practice of the community model of integrating physical medicine,to provide assistance for the diverse needs of community residents for fitness.Therefore,in order to better play the health promotion function of the community model of physical medicine integration,this study takes the construction of evaluation index system of the community model of physical medicine integration as the research object,and further discusses the community model of physical medicine integration,in order to provide basis for the later construction of relevant evaluation tools,research and promotion of high-quality development of the community model of physical medicine integration in China,and boost the construction of a healthy China and a strong sports country.Firstly,the internal mechanism and external manifestation of the community model of body-medicine integration at home and abroad were understood by the method of literature and descriptive nature research,and the evaluation index system of body-medicine integration community model was initially constructed.Secondly,through two rounds of correspondence consultation with 16 experts,medical workers and community workers in the field of physical and medical integration by Delphi method,the first,second and third level evaluation index system of physical and medical integration community model was established.Finally,the weight coefficient of each index is quantified by analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for empirical research.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.The evaluation index system of the community model of body-medicine integration includes four first-level indicators: policy support,material guarantee,body-medicine integration technology and talent team.There are 14 secondary levels: basic policy,security policy,cooperative policy of community sector,sports material,medical material,financial security,sports means and medical means to jointly promote health technology,medical monitoring technology of sports activities,integration technology of medical prescription and sports prescription,professional theoretical knowledge,professional practical skills,professional development ability,number of professional talents,interpersonal skills The index and 49 three-level indicators provide a feasible scheme for the evaluation and evaluation of the integrated community model of physical medicine.2.Based on the evaluation index system,each weight of the evaluation index of the community model of body-medicine integration was calculated and sorted,which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent empirical research.Among them,the weight of policy support(0.3317)and material guarantee(0.3317)in the first-level index is the largest,and the top three in the second-level index are:Medical substance(0.5469),basic policy(0.4444)and security policy(0.4444),Among the three-level indicators,the top three are the number of compound talents of physical and medical integration(0.6144),the fund guarantee of physical and medical fitness equipment investment(0.6000),and the training of daily life and rehabilitation ability for users(0.6000).3.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to conduct an empirical study on the operation effect of the N-body medicine integration community model,and the total score was 4.71,which was at a medium and high level in the overall development status.However,the community lacks unified evaluation guidelines,and incentive,feedback and accountability mechanisms are not yet in place.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the convergence and integration of policies related to physical and medical integration,and build a grid collaborative governance mechanism.Deepen the health promotion consciousness of physical and medical integration and create a healthy community atmosphere;Build a big data platform for interoperability and sharing,and establish a functional community model of physical and medical integration;Change the traditional personnel training mode,introduce multi-channel physical medicine integration of compound talents.
