Issued by the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council in2022,the document calls for increasing the spread of intangible cultural heritage,requiring that the national intangible cultural heritage be included in the national education system,and relevant courses featuring intangible cultural heritage should be offered in primary and secondary schools.We will encourage the construction of representative projects of intangible cultural heritage in primary and secondary schools.At the same time,Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era issued by the State in 2021 requires primary and secondary schools to reasonably arrange time and carry out at least 30 minutes of recess activities every day,so as to meet the needs of healthy development of primary and secondary school students."Tongcheng Beating Dance" was selected as one of the first provincial intangible cultural heritage projects in Hubei Province in 2007.It is a folk dance integrating Yao and Han cultures and Jingchu styles.In order to further respond to national policies,this study strives to integrate "Tongcheng Paida Dance" into the recess of primary and secondary schools to explore a training combination that is more in line with primary and secondary school students.In this way,the vitality of "Tongcheng Paida Dance" of intangible cultural heritage can be enhanced,local students can understand the local intangible cultural heritage culture,enrich students’ knowledge level,spread through the new carrier of primary and secondary school campus,in line with the cultural purpose of cultivating people by virtue and nourishing people by art,and help develop the cultural ecology of "Tongcheng Paida Dance" of intangible cultural heritage during the break of primary and secondary schools.This study takes the integration of "Tongcheng Paida Dance" into the recess of primary and secondary schools as the research object,and adopts the methods of expert interview,literature,field sampling and experimental research to study and summarize the protection and teaching inheritance methods of "Tongcheng Paida Dance".The following conclusions are drawn:1.From the analysis of objective factors such as dance movement characteristics,music style,number of participants and site requirements of "Tongcheng Paida Dance",it is observed that the break of primary and secondary school classes is a very suitable carrier for the spread and development of "Tongcheng Paida Dance",and "Tongcheng Paida Dance" can also meet the needs of students for daily exercise during the break.Therefore,It is feasible to adapt "Tongcheng Paida Dance" into a dance group and introduce it into the big break.2.At present,two local schools have incorporated "Tongcheng Paida Dance" into recess exercises,but the dance movements are relatively simple and the content of recess exercises is too simple,which cannot well meet the needs of students for physical exercise,reducing the enthusiasm of students to participate in the big recess,resulting in the low quality of students’ exercise and failing to achieve the purpose of exercise.3."Tongcheng Paida Dance" itself has the value of fitness,self-entertainment and artistry,which is suitable for primary and secondary school students to exercise during recess.If it is included in the local primary and secondary school recess,it can not only expand the dance art activities during recess,but also improve students’ participation and activity in the recess.It is helpful for students to understand and master "Tongcheng Paida Dance" and spread and inherit Chinese intangible cultural heritage.4.From a scientific point of view,the original local "Tongcheng Paida Dance" class exercises and dance plays are integrated,choreographed and created to form a dance combination from easy to difficult and from shallow to deep,and students are trained in different parts of the body,coordination,communication and other abilities.So that students can physically experience the cultural connotation and movement implication of "Tongcheng Paida dance" and realize the cultural inheritance of this dance.5.According to the practice and application of "Tongcheng Paida Dance" in the recess of primary and secondary schools,think of more intangible heritage dances in primary and secondary schools in order to facilitate the continuous development of "Tongcheng Paida Dance" in primary and secondary schools,the communication channels and experience methods of learning are actively explore ways to integrate intangible cultural heritage into primary and secondary school campuses.
