| As the country pays more and more attention to the physical and mental health of children,it also put forward new requirements to improve children’s physical quality.5-7 years old is the golden period for children’s development of flexible quality,and also the enlightenment stage for children’s rhythmic gymnastics training.The development of children’s flexible quality can not only lay a solid foundation for the development of physical quality,but also temper the will quality and enjoy the fun brought by rhythmic gymnastics training.This paper to participate in the artistic gymnastics flexible quality training of 5-7 years old children flexible quality comparison as the research object,the different stretching method for the development of 5-7 years old children flexible quality,choose the most suitable for 5-7years old children stretching way,to enrich our children’s sports teaching training methods and improve children’s quality development provide reference basis.This paper uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other methods.The subjects are divided into static stretching group,passive stretching group and proprioceptive neuromuscular practice method(PNF stretching)group and control group,before the experiment,the four groups for the first test,the first test results into the computer for the variance analysis,and the three groups of students training intervention,control group is not experimental intervention.After 12 weeks of training,a second test was conducted,and data from the two tests were entered into the computer for statistical analysis.Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data,the most suitable stretching method for the development of flexible quality of children aged 5-7 years is selected.The following study conclusions are drawn:1.Static stretching,passive stretching and PNF stretching methods can all promote and improve the flexibility quality of children aged 5-7 years old.2.PNF stretching has the most significant effect for the flexibility quality experiment of children aged 5-7 years,followed by passive stretching,but passive stretching makes children resist training due to physical pain during the practice;the indexes before and after the static stretching change little,and the effect of flexibility quality experiment for children aged 5-7years improves less.3.PNF stretching method is the best method for flexibility training for children aged 5-7.Since subjects are in the potential stage of flexibility development,stretching methods suitable for flexibility training for children aged 5-7 should be selected scientifically selected to improve the flexibility of children.The following suggestions are proposed:1.In the process of rhythmic gymnastics flexible quality training,adding PNF stretching method,the development of children’s flexible quality can achieve good training effect..2.In the PNF training,children need to cooperate with the practice,which can not only relieve children’s fear and lazy psychology in the training,make their attention focused,but also effectively improve children’s flexibility quality.3.In the PNF method training,a scientific training plan should be formulated according to the physical quality of children,and the training process should be monitored and timely feedback and correction during the training process,so as to continuously explore the most suitable training program for the flexible quality of children aged 5-7 years. |
