| The successful bidding and holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics have greatly promoted the development of ice and snow sports in China.Driven by the strategy of "300million people riding on the ice and snow" and "spreading the northern ice in the south,stretching to the west and promoting to the east",the ice and snow sports in southern China have also developed vigorously.Belongs to the typical southern region of Hubei province,as the national ice and snow sports "south exhibition" demonstration area,not only has the advantages of natural resources,location conditions,traffic developed,and in the ice and snow sports venues,events,talent training,mass base have achieved good results,accumulated certain experience,so the development of ice and snow sports in Hubei province has good reference significance.This study is based on the theory of "sustainable development" and "industrial convergence",in Hubei ice and snow sports as the research object,the comprehensive utilization of literature method,field investigation,GIS space analysis method to analyze the Hubei snow and ice field,analyze the development of ice and snow sports has inherent strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges,the development of ice and snow sports in Hubei province policy measures,achievements and experience,extract the development of southern ice and snow sports in Hubei province.The study results show that:(1)the number of snow and ice venues in Hubei province ranks fourth in the southern provinces,with 32 in total,of which 12 skating rink are distributed in plain areas,and 20 ski resorts(including 4 simulated ski resorts)are mainly distributed in mountain and high altitude areas;the spatial distribution of the distribution of snow and ice venues in Hubei Province shows a certain clustering.(2)The advantages of developing ice and snow sports in Hubei Province are convenient location and transportation,unique environment and climate,and strong economy and market;the external development opportunities are the successful bidding and hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,the support for ice and snow sports and the strategic cooperation agreement between Hubei Province and the General Administration of Sport.The key factors restricting the development of ice and snow sports in Hubei Province are: short snow period;lack of professional talents;weak social foundation;the influence of ice and snow advantage areas;the low conversion rate of ice and snow population and the diversified demand of mass sports.(3)Through studying and analyzing the development measures and results of various aspects of ice and snow sports in Hubei Province,the successful experience of the development of ice and snow sports in Hubei Province in policy guidance,site construction,organizing events,training talents,sports publicity and industrial integration is summarized.Finally,based on the experience and deficiency of developing ice and snow sports in Hubei Province,the paper proposes the countermeasures of developing ice and snow sports in southern China:First,to improve the system and establish the guarantee system of ice and snow sports;second,to take multiple measures to increase the construction of ice and ice venues;third,to promote and hold all kinds of ice and ice competitions;fourth,to strengthen cooperation and focus on the training mode of ice and ice talents;fifth,to increase the publicity of ice and ice sports atmosphere;sixth,to cross-border integration to promote the new industry of "ice and ice +" in the south. |
