| In recent years,the cause of secondary vocational education continues to develop,and the group of secondary vocational students grows with the attention of the national policy.Although with ordinary high school age,in the period of youth development of important secondary but life needs to deal with education,employment and career development at the same time many problems,and most of their achievement is not very ideal,more by parents blame,friends,teachers and society,under the multiple pressures,they are more likely to cause alienation,have more mental problems.By searching the previous literature,it can be seen that the research of secondary vocational students is more focused on career development,academic performance,interpersonal relationship,problem behavior and other aspects,and the relationship between their sense of alienation and psychological resilience is less.The research shows that psychological resilience is positively correlated with individual mental health level.It can be seen that increasing or improving the psychological resilience of secondary vocational students is conducive to maintaining their mental health level.Therefore,exploring the psychological resilience of secondary vocational students and its relationship with alienation and coping with daily situations is extremely important for the education of secondary vocational students.This study can provide effective research evidence for improving the mental health status of secondary vocational students.Researchers will focus on secondary vocational students from the perspective of China’s national conditions,in order to understand the relationship between secondary vocational students’ sense of alienation,psychological resilience and mindfulness,so as to better help the public know the current situation of secondary vocational students.This study includes quantitative and qualitative research.In the first study,a questionnaire survey of 804 secondary vocational students was conducted to understand the reality of alienation,psychological resilience and mindfulness in such groups,and the relationship mechanism among the three research variables was also explored.The second study aims to deeply analyze the group characteristics of secondary vocational students’ alienation and mindfulness.Fourteen respondents were selected to conduct an interview research,so as to provide supplement and reference for improving the psychological resilience of secondary vocational students.The results showed that:(1)There are significant demographic differences in the sense of alienation,psychological resilience and mindfulness of secondary vocational students.(2)Alienation significantly negatively predicted mindfulness and resilience,while mindfulness significantly positively predicted resilience.(3)Mindfulness has a partial mediating effect between alienation and resilience.(4)According to the results of qualitative research,the interaction between individual factors and other factors of secondary vocational alienation,individual factors include self-perception and coping style,other factors include interpersonal perception and external support;Different levels of alienation will affect the positive and negative trends of resilience.The driving factors of mindfulness include state factors,motivation factors,cognitive factors and environmental factors.This study also paid attention to the relationship between alienation,mindfulness and resilience of secondary vocational students,constructed a mediation model of mindfulness between alienation and resilience,and based on the needs of secondary vocational students,put forward suggestions to improve alienation and mindfulness,providing a reference for the benign development of resilience. |
