Research On Network Public Opinion Dissemination And Government Public Opinion Response In The All-Media Era

The emergence of the all-media era has broken the traditional mode of information dissemination,enabling the public in the society to participate in the discussion of various events,helping the public to voice their own voices,and helping the events to arouse the public’s thinking from multiple perspectives and levels.On the other hand,as a result of the low threshold of the all-media era,such phenomena as the leakage of personal information and the rampant abuse of false information on the Internet occur frequently,which adds difficulty to network management.Positive network public opinion is the embodiment of public participation in society,but negative network public opinion will lead to misleading effect.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the dissemination of network public opinion in the all-media era and analyze the law of public opinion development.By referring to relevant documents firstly,the paper analyzes the dissemination mechanism of network public opinion in the all-media era,and puts forward the characteristics of network public opinion transmission.Then the SEIR model is used to demonstrate the spread trend of network public opinion,and the Python code combined with the algorithm was used to fit the parameters of the model,and then the sensitivity analysis of the parameters was carried out.It was concluded that the smaller the value of parameter α,the easier to improve the vitality of network public opinion communication,and the greater the topic of social concern of network public opinion.And improve immunization rate γ,will reduce the activity of network public opinion,and respectively combined with examples were discussed.Finally,by summarizing the progress and shortcomings of the government in dealing with network public opinion,the SEIR model is used to specifically analyze the influencing factors of public opinion dissemination in the case of "Tangshan Barbecue Beating People",and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the government’s credibility and stabilize the social network environment.
