Research On The Construction Of Virtual Simulation Training Base For Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to improve students’ practical ability and grasp technical operation ability,higher vocational colleges have established a virtual simulation training base,which is mainly used for practical teaching and cultivating talents.It is a strong guarantee for higher vocational colleges to improve teaching level and education quality,and an important factor for vocational education.It can cultivate students’ practical ability,professional quality,comprehensive ability and other aspects.Lay a solid foundation for the future to society.Therefore,in order to improve the education level of higher vocational colleges,promote vocational education to keep pace with The Times and keep up with the development of The Times,it is necessary to adhere to the construction of virtual simulation training base,focus on cultivating students’ practical ability,for students to step into the society to become technical talents ready.This thesis takes the construction of virtual simulation training base of XX College as the research object,combines the evaluation index system of the construction of virtual simulation training base of higher vocational colleges,designs questionnaires for investigation,and calculates and analyzes the survey results with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the analysis,it is concluded that there are problems in the construction of virtual simulation training base of XX College in the aspects of capital investment,"double-qualified" team construction,course planning,daily management and so on.Based on the interview summary,the causes of problems related to the construction of virtual simulation training base in XX College are unreasonable funding source and distribution,poor import channels for "double-qualified" teachers,imbalanced course structure due to imperfect training system and incomplete value orientation,imperfect management mechanism and lack of professional management.Finally,in view of the problems and causes related to the construction of virtual simulation training base of XX College,countermeasures such as attracting the investment of social funds and adopting combination financing are proposed to further enrich the sources of construction funds and solve the problem of insufficient funds in the construction of virtual simulation training base.By adhering to the line of "importing from outside and cultivating from inside",doing well the teacher training work,speeding up the construction of part-time teachers,improving the corresponding professional title evaluation link and other countermeasures,strengthening the construction of "double-qualified" team;Through the multi-orientation of curriculum objectives and taking into account the needs of multiple parties,the construction of high-quality virtual simulation curriculum system is further optimized.Through the overall planning of the layout and management of virtual simulation training base,pay attention to the management of virtual simulation training equipment and instruments,strengthen the management of training base managers,establish a social comprehensive evaluation system and other countermeasures to straighten out the management system.Through this study,we hope to solve the problems existing in the construction process of virtual simulation training base of XX College,and at the same time provide reference for the construction of other higher vocational colleges training base.
