Quality is the lifeline of preschool education.High-quality preschool education is an important guarantee for promoting comprehensive and long-term development of children.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of my country’s preschool education reform,the quality problems of the kindergarten learning environment have been paid more attention to.Based on the era of preschool education development,the affirmation of high-quality learning environment in terms of educational value,the difficulty of confusion of the children’s teachers in the practice of the learning environment,and the realistic dilemma of the current kindergarten learning environment,the researchers decided to study the quality of the kindergarten class learning environment quality.This study selected the second class of the C Park of the city as the research object,formed a research community with the garden principal and class teacher,and adopted the paradigm of action research.Supplemented by the observation method,interview method,and measurement method,jointly studied the quality of the study environment of the second class.In the early stage of the study,the researchers organized the team members to study the composition and how to use the "Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale-Revised Version" and evaluate the quality of the study environment of the second class to diagnose the problems they appeared.Here Based on the spiral cycle of "plan-action-observation-reflection" to formulate action research plans.After discussions and attempts from the research team,a total of two rounds of action plans were designed and implemented: the first round optimized the quality of interaction between teachers and children,improved the level of education activities;the second round improved the routine of the day,and adjusted the curriculum structure.The entire action research process aims at the improvement of environmental quality,and ultimately points to the development of children and the professional growth of teachers.The research results show that after the implementation and improvement of the two-wheeled action plan,the quality of the learning environment of the second class has been improved to a certain extent.In the process of this process,the children’s understanding of the learning environment and the creation of the learning environment created The ability has been improved.Through the two rounds of actions of the research team,the following research conclusions are obtained: First,the positive and harmonious emotional atmosphere is the basis for improving the quality of the interaction of the teacher;second,the rich and diverse and interesting activities are the key to improving the quality of the learning environment;The complete courses of the system are the core of optimizing the quality of the learning environment;fourth,a stable and orderly day convention is the guarantee of improving the quality of learning environment.Based on this,the researchers put forward related education suggestions for the improvement of the quality of the environmental learning environment in the kindergarten class: First of all,the scientific evaluation tool is an effective means to improve the quality of the learning environment;In the end,the bottom-up teacher participation is an important way to optimize the quality of the environment.
