Abstract/Summary:
High-quality preschool education is an important guarantee for promoting children ’ s all-round and long-term development.At present,the development of preschool education in our country has gradually shifted from universalizing resources to improving quality.The kindergarten learning environment is an important factor affecting the quality of preschool education.Analyzing the quality of the kindergarten learning environment is a key step in quality assurance and improvement.Researchers try to design a suitable plan for improving the quality of the learning environment of the kindergarten class based on the analysis of the status quo of the learning environment quality of the kindergarten class,and examine the implementation effect through the result test,and finally draw the research conclusion.This study adopts the action research paradigm.The researcher went to X kindergarten in Nanning City,Guangxi,formed a research community with kindergarten teachers,and jointly conducted research on the quality of the kindergarten class learning environment.At the beginning of the research,the researchers used the "Preschool Program Quality Assessment System"(PQA)to analyze the learning environment,daily routines,teacher-child interaction,and curriculum planning of the six classes of X kindergarten,large,middle,and small.Evaluation and analysis were carried out in four aspects of the evaluation,and found that the overall level of the learning environment quality of the X kindergarten class was low.Finally,one of the large classes was selected as the action promotion class,and on this basis,through "discover problems-formulate plans-implement actions-evaluation reflection " The spiral development process of the kindergarten carried out an action research on the quality of the learning environment of the kindergarten class.After continuous attempts,two rounds of action plans were designed and implemented: one is to optimize the learning environment and improve curriculum planning and evaluation;the other is to stabilize the daily routine and improve the quality of teacher-child interaction.The continuous adjustment and advancement of the two rounds of actions all take the improvement of quality as the main goal,and ultimately point to the development of children and the professional growth of teachers.Based on the action research,supplemented by observation and interview methods,this study concluded the following conclusions about the quality of kindergarten classroom learning environment: 1.the improvement of the learning environment is an effective way to improve the quality of kindergarten learning environment;2.a stable and orderly day routine provides an important guarantee for high-quality teacher-child interaction;3.teacher-child interaction is the key element which affects the quality improvement of kindergarten learning environment;4.The comprehensive promotion of curriculum planning and the evaluation requires to plan it from top to bottom in kindergartens planning in kindergartens.Based on the summary and reflection of this research,the following enlightenment is drawn: attach importance to the positive impact of a high-quality learning environment on the development of children;building a professional team of teachers is a good starting point for improving the quality of the kindergarten learning environment;using scientific evaluation tools to optimize kindergarten learning Effective means of environmental quality.
