"One hundred years of life,in the young school." It is very important to improve children’s learning quality and cultivate children’s problem-solving ability in preschool education."Project-type picking activity" can become a beneficial carrier to cultivate children’s problemsolving ability because it has the characteristics of project activity continuity and goal as well as the unique charm of nature exploration activities.In order to explore the effective way to improve children’s problem-solving ability through project-style picking activities,this study takes constructivism theory,humanism theory,discovery learning theory especially the theories related to problem-solving ability as the theoretical basis,and firstly discusses the education mechanism behind project-style picking activities from the theoretical level.Then,252 children from the senior class of A kindergarten in Chengdu,Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects,and the development status of children’s problem solving ability was investigated by using the "Problem solving Ability Test Scale".On this basis,three rounds of project-style picking activities were carried out in Class A for 15 weeks with the paradigm of action research.Finally,Class C was selected as the control class.To compare and test the effect of practice.In the process of research,we always pay attention to research ethics and do detailed analysis and privacy processing.The kindergarten picking activity in this study has typical characteristics of "autonomy,nature,sustainability and challenge".In the practice of three rounds of picking activities,each round will evaluate the level of children’s problem solving ability before and after,determine the relevant development dimension and level,discover the change of children’s problem ability,and conduct research and discussion after each round of practical research.Iterate the practice model of picking activity,constantly adjust and optimize the trend of picking.The effect test shows that: first,from the perspective of data analysis or interview cases,most of the children in Class A have improved their key abilities,such as self-discovery,problem exploration,problem trying to solve,problem analysis and reflection,and transfer of solutions.Especially after the second round(4 weeks)and the third round(6 weeks),the three dimensions of children’s problem-solving attitude,children’s problem-solving methods and strategies,and children’s problem-solving quality all showed favorable growth.Second,the three rounds of project-based picking activities constantly optimized and iterated the project activity practice model,accumulating effective experience for carrying out project-based nature exploration activities,hoping to provide some inspiration and reference for front-line teachers.
