| In the kindergarten to carry out drama theme activities,in line with the physical and mental development of children’s needs.It can promote the development of children’s knowledge,emotion,skill and so on in an intuitive and effective way.However,due to the limited development level of preschool children,and the open and creative characteristics of drama theme activities,its educational value is difficult to fully play.Therefore,the effective support of teachers is very important,and it is difficult for the inexperienced teachers to play a real role in drama theme activities.On the basis of combing the literature about drama theme activities,this research takes the second class of S kindergarten in Chengdu as the research object,and uses the literature method,the observation method,the interview method to collect the data,analysis of the theme of the class drama activities of the implementation of the status quo.At present,the main problems of teacher support in the drama theme activities of the class are as follows:teacher support at the stage of theme introduction is separated from the children’s existing experience;teacher support at the stage of drama expression is mainly guided by language;In the stage of drama creation,the teacher’s presupposition is rigid and the children’s plot creation is blocked.In the stage of drama performance,the teacher leads the role assignment and role behavior.Therefore,this paper takes the action research as the main line,takes the 36 children of the second class as the research object,takes "Fantastic People’s bus adventure" drama theme activity plan as the carrier,starting from the four levels of theme introduction,drama expression,drama creation and drama performance,two rounds of action research are carried out at each level.The activities were designed and carried out by the researcher,and after the activities,they were reviewed and communicated with the co-teachers,so that the teacher support could be improved continuously in the course of action.Finally,the conclusion of this action research is as follows: firstly,strengthening the grasp of children’s experience can promote the heme of drama activities smoothly;secondly,choosing appropriate drama teaching strategies can enhance the effectiveness of teachers’ support;thirdly,effective teacher support can promote the multi-faceted development of young children.In order to better support the development of drama theme activities,teachers need to enrich the knowledge of drama theory,actively engage in practice,carry out action research,strengthen the awareness and ability of observation,and pay attention to the use of drama teaching strategies.Parents should raise their child discipline level and actively guide their children to experience the society.Kindergartens should also maintain their firm belief in the value of drama theme activities,strengthen the use of social resources,facilitate the development of drama theme activities for teachers,and give full play to the leading role of cooperative education.The social departments concerned should promote the opening and sharing of social resources,and create a good atmosphere for the school,family and society to cooperate in educating people,so as to bring the real value and artistic charm of the drama theme activities into play. |
