"Morality and Rule of Law" is a subject course that takes into account both the accumulation of students’ subject knowledge and the dual tasks of ideological and moral education.It not only lays a foundation for the all-round development of middle school students,but also shoulders the important task of cultivating their good moral quality and correct outlook on life,values and world outlook.Influenced by traditional teaching concepts and the baton of the college entrance examination,some teachers and students think Morality and Rule of Law is a minor subject in concept,so students have low interest in this course and low participation in the class,which results in the disdiscount of the teaching effect and fails to give full play to the function of cultivating souls.As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the Party and the state have put forward new requirements on the cultivation of talents.However,the cultivation of talents in the new era should be implemented in education and teaching in the final analysis.In order to comply with the requirements of talent training in the new era,implement the requirements of the new curriculum standards,and combine the law of physical and mental development of junior high school students,Many educators and scholars have explored how to improve the teaching effect of political subjects and students’ learning effect from the perspective of teaching.Therefore,by combing the existing research results,this paper further discusses the connotation and characteristic description of dynamic generative teaching,analyzes the necessity of using dynamic generative teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school,and analyzes the application principles and specific measures,etc.,so as to change classroom silence and improve teaching effectiveness.It has important theoretical and practical value to promote the formation of good morality and correct values,outlook on life and world outlook of middle school students.Specifically,the main contents of this paper include:The first part,the background and significance of the research,literature review at home and abroad,research content methods,research innovation.The second part expounds the connotation and characteristics of dynamic generative teaching,defines the dynamic generative teaching and dynamic generative teaching,and combs out the four characteristics of constructivism,interactivity,openness and development.The third part expounds the basis for the application of dynamic generative teaching in the classroom of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.The author believes that the basis for the application of dynamic generative teaching in the classroom of Morality and rule of Law in junior high school can be divided into theoretical basis and practical basis.The fourth part explores the problems existing in the application of dynamic generative teaching in the class of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school and the attribution of the problems.Through the observation and investigation during the author’s internship in junior high school,the author finds the problems still existing in the application of dynamic generative teaching by junior high school political teachers,and makes a detailed analysis of the attribution of the problems.The fifth part mainly discusses the principles and specific strategies to be followed.Combining with the characteristics of the teaching,the principles of the teaching application are discussed in detail from four aspects: target orientation,problem development,combination of dynamic and static,and appropriate blank space.In the aspect of using strategies,it expounds in detail how to design dynamic generative teaching plans,build teaching environment and capture generative resources.Through the research of this paper,it provides experience and reference for junior high school politics teaching to a certain extent,and the proposal of specific application strategies also provides some experience for junior high school politics teaching.
