| The cultivation of scientific inquiry literacy needs to be based on teaching.In teaching,the routine teaching task is more arduous,and high school schools are facing great pressure from parents and society.Therefore,many schools pay too much attention to teaching performance,and the phenomenon of emphasizing knowledge over "scientific inquiry" literacy has emerged.Therefore,the "Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition 2020 Revision)" adjusts the curriculum plan and divides the high school biology curriculum into three parts:compulsory courses,optional compulsory courses and elective courses,of which the first two courses belong to the national curriculum,while the elective courses are mainly school-based courses.As a result,the development and implementation of the high school biology school curriculum has been officially included in the calendar of ordinary high school schools.School-based curriculum development,as the name suggests,is school-based curriculum development.The school-based curriculum is a series of courses that reflect the characteristics of the school by taking the school as the main body,combining the characteristics of the region,the characteristics of the school,and the learning conditions of the students.Each high school develops its own teaching materials,and teachers brainstorm ideas when setting up the school curriculum,and carry out inquiry-based teaching in the school curriculum to cultivate students’ scientific inquiry literacy.Therefore,this paper mainly takes Changde No.1 Middle School as an example,in the development of biology school curriculum,on the one hand,it pays attention to the cultivation of students’ scientific inquiry literacy,on the other hand,it pays attention to the use of local resource advantages,systematically develops and carries out school-based courses with local characteristics,and forms a school-based curriculum system with its own characteristics.Through the literature research method,survey research method,action research and data research method,this paper conducts the development and practical research of the school-based curriculum based on the cultivation of scientific inquiry literacy,further implements the spirit of the new curriculum standard,fully taps the personality potential of students,promotes the comprehensive development of students’ personality,and develops a school-based curriculum with school characteristics.It is hoped that students will improve the ideas and methods of scientific inquiry and improve their practical ability through the study of the school-based curriculum;Cultivate teamwork skills and the courage to innovate,so as to enhance students’ scientific inquiry literacy.In order to understand the situation of school-based biology curriculum in schools,and the views of teachers and students on biology school-based curriculum,this paper sent a questionnaire to biology teachers in 5 directly affiliated schools in Changde City,and learned that most schools have carried out biology school-based courses and conducted relevant training for teachers,and teachers have also opened or are willing to open school-based courses,and put forward their views on the establishment of biology school-based courses.A questionnaire was distributed to 350 high school students of Changde No.1 Middle School to understand students’ views on the school-based curriculum,and to provide guidance for the later preparation of the school-based curriculum outline and the school-based curriculum teaching.Based on the preliminary investigation and analysis,this paper compiles the outline and evaluation method of Changde No.1 Middle School,and determines five categories of activities in the school-based curriculum according to the characteristics and conditions of Changde No.1 Middle School,According to the school-based curriculum of Changde No.1Middle School and the school-based curriculum of club activities,and designs 16 different projects for each type of activity.Finally,the school-based curriculum was taught to the students of Changde No.1 Middle School,and the biology school-based curriculum was taught to the first-year students of the four grades.At the same time,in order to test the teaching effect,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students who taught,and the results showed that after learning the biology school-based course,most students were more interested in biology learning and their scientific inquiry literacy was improved.Under the background of advocating quality education,combining regional characteristics and students’ learning conditions,the school-based biology course based on the cultivation of scientific inquiry literacy is developed to reflect the cultivation of students’ all-round development.Students’ scientific inquiry literacy is improved,which further develops the school characteristics of Changde No.1 Middle School and further improves the professional ability of teachers.However,this paper also has some shortcomings,and the evaluation system of the school-based biology curriculum will be further improved in the subsequent development process. |
