The new college entrance examination has spawned the use of new teaching materials,and the comparative study of new and old teaching materials has helped to improve the teaching effect of teachers.The study selected this part of the number series as the research object,and compared the structural distribution,content typesetting,position and difficulty of the example exercises in the 2019 version of the People’s Education A Edition and the 2019 First Review Edition of the People’s Education A Edition,and found the advantages of the 2019 edition of the textbook and the places to be improved,and put forward some humble views.Through the literature method,comparative method,quantitative data analysis method,the following results are obtained from the two general directions of macro and micro:In terms of macroscopic aspects,in terms of layout design,the overall color of the 07 edition textbook is monotonous,the color of the 19 th edition textbook is bright,and different block diagrams give different colors and high distinction;In terms of arrangement,compared with the 07 th edition,the 19 th edition’s after-school independent reading column is reduced,but it penetrates the history of mathematics in the number series,which reflects the core literacy;In terms of chart settings,the most obvious changes are physical pictures and physical stick figures.In the 07 version,the proportion of physical pictures is the highest,and in the 19 version,the proportion of physical stick figures is the highest,which reflects the simple beauty of mathematics.On the micro side,in terms of conceptual presentation,although the introduction method is the same,the background of bank loans is chosen.However,before introducing the concept,the 19 th edition of the textbook directly explains that the number series is a special function,so that students can learn the number series with the idea of analogy,which is more conducive to students forming a more rigorous logical thinking system and framework;In terms of principle and nature presentation,both editions of the textbook are also introduced from Gauss’ s story,but in the process of deriving the formula,the 19 th edition mentions two ways,involving the idea of classification discussion,which puts forward higher requirements for students’ mathematical thinking ability.Finally,through the questionnaire survey of the after-class exercises,according to the students’ feedback of the questions,for the class taught by the author,the afterclass exercises in the 07 version of the textbook are slightly simpler than the afterclass exercises in the 19 th version of the textbook.However,the test center of the after-class exercises and the college entrance examination questions are similar,and the 19 th edition of the textbook is higher than the 07 th edition textbook.Therefore,the teaching inspiration obtained by this author is to carefully study the college entrance examination questions and pay attention to the teaching material exercises,analyze the test points contained in them,and let students master the basic question types and basic methods.As well as students’ identification of basic concepts,the functional properties of series also need to be emphasized.
