| As a reserve force for training preschool teachers,the professional cognition of preschool students in vocational colleges and universities has received widespread attention.Career recognition is the premise of professional identity and plays an important role in students’ career planning.Good career cognition can not only enhance students’ learning purpose and initiative,lay a solid foundation for future employment,but also improve the stability of students’ employment.Students’ career awareness level directly affects the quality of future career choices,and helping students majoring in preschool education in vocational colleges and universities enhance their career cognition can improve students’ sense of professional identity and lay the foundation for future career development planning.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and discuss the current situation of professional cognition of preschool education students in vocational colleges,whether it is to promote students’ employment or improve the quality of preschool education professional training.This paper mainly adopts three research methods: literature method,questionnaire method and interview method.First of all,on the basis of combing and analyzing the existing research results,this paper mainly discusses the concept,dimension division,value and other basic theoretical issues of occupational cognition.Secondly,empirical data about the status quo of vocational cognition of students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges were obtained through questionnaire and interview.The combination of theory and demonstration made the research more objective.The empirical analysis of this paper includes the analysis of the status quo of vocational cognition of preschool students in higher vocational colleges.According to the statistics of the survey data,the overall vocational cognition level of preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges was 3.58 points,indicating that their vocational cognition was at the medium level.There were significant differences in the score of each dimension,and the score was in descending order: occupational knowledge > occupational inclination > self-concept >occupational information.Through further analysis and collation of relevant data,it is found that the students of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges currently have four problems: superficialization of vocational cognition,lack of initiative to acquire vocational information,lack of awareness of career planning,and low sense of professional identity.Based on the analysis of interview data,it is found that there are the following reasons behind the current problems: the deviation in self-concept understanding,the lack of systematic vocational cognition education in schools,the lack of teachers’ guidance to students’ vocational cognition,and the lack of effective social security.Aiming at the dilemma of vocational cognition of preschool education students in vocational colleges,this paper combines the theoretical basis of vocational cognition and the current performance of vocational cognition to find breakthrough paths from seven aspects.First,correctly examine the self and improve the level of self-awareness;The second is to consolidate professional knowledge and skills and explore their own potential;The third is to improve supporting guarantees and improve the level of career planning;The fourth is to broaden the channels for obtaining occupational information and strengthen the initiative of obtaining occupational information;Fifth,improve salary and treatment protection and enhance professional loyalty;Sixth,use a variety of media to enhance professional prestige;The seventh is to enrich the form of professional experience and improve the level of professional cognition. |
