| British degree apprenticeship system is an effective new personnel training model for cultivating talents with high level technical skills,and it has obvious reference significance for the construction of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.The development of skilled apprentices can help alleviate Labour shortages.The shortage of skilled talents is also conducive to promoting the positive interaction between vocational education and industrial development,and breaking through the bottleneck of the integration of production and education.In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics in China,this study takes the reform of degree apprenticeship in the UK as the research topic,and tries to answer the key question which advantages of degree apprenticeship in the UK are worth learning from in cultivating modern apprenticeship.This study takes the requirement of promoting the development of modern apprenticeship in our country and the remarkable development results of degree apprenticeship in UK as a logical starting point.Based on the demand of cultivating apprentices in our country and the understanding of the effectiveness of degree apprenticeship in UK,on the basis of full understanding of the reform measures of degree apprenticeship in UK,the questions closely related to the research topic are systematically answered: Why should the degree apprenticeship reform be carried out in the UK;from what aspects;what measures have been taken respectively;and what experience can be used for reference in the reform of degree apprenticeship for the construction of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.In order to solve the above problems,firstly,through the analysis of literature and theoretical speculation,we have a basic understanding of the connotation and theoretical analysis framework of British degree apprenticeship.The second is to use historical analysis and literature analysis to understand the motivation of degree apprenticeship reform and the reform measures taken in the aspects of fund security,management methods,standard setting,curriculum setting,endpoint evaluation and so on.Thirdly,based on the above research,the overall understanding of the operating mechanism of British degree apprenticeship system is formed,and the measures of British apprenticeship cultivation are applied to the construction of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics through comparative research method,so as to constantly improve the path of cultivating modern apprenticeship system in China.Through the above study,the conclusion of constructing modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is drawn: first,it is to explore the funding channels of apprenticeship training and solve the funding problem of apprenticeship training.One of the most important is to play the main role of employers’ investment in the training of apprentices.The second is to explore apprenticeship training at the undergraduate level to enhance the status of vocational education.At present,raising the social status of apprentices is needed to attract more people to apprenticeships.Third,employers should play the main role in the training of apprentices.Only by actively attracting employers to participate in talent training,can we deepen the integration of production and education and solve the problem of job labor shortage.Fourth,safeguard the rights and interests of apprentices and mobilize their enthusiasm for participation.Fifth,improve the evaluation system,put an end to single evaluation.We should break the tradition of only points and evaluate apprentices in a more comprehensive way to promote educational equity.Sixth,the implementation of flexible learning system,and qualification exchange,apprentice study years do not do strict requirements,according to the performance of the apprentice can be selected early graduation.In addition,exchanging qualifications helps apprentices to give full play to their advantages and form lifelong learning habits. |
