The Research On Public Participation Path Of Safety Rsik Prevention For Primary And Middle School Student

Primary and middle school students safety risk prevention is a part of social public safety management,and is a complex project.In the context of risk society,security risks are complex and changeable,and spread to schools,but most of the risks are not eliminated within the walls of schools,but with the transfer of individual students.In the face of the superimposed security risks,the traditional security risk prevention by single government or school has the problem of failure.Therefore,mobilizing public participation is not only a necessary part of the 19 th National Congress to promote the modernization of national governance,but also an important measure to solve the frequent occurrence of student safety accidents.On the basis of reading relevant literature at home and abroad,this study takes the theory of public participation as the basis,adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire and interview,and takes R junior high school and W primary school in different urban areas and different levels of Nanning as examples to study the path of social public participation in preventing safety risks of primary and middle school students.Firstly,the concept of security risk,security risk prevention,primary and secondary school students’ safety risk prevention,public participation,public participation path,social public participation in primary and secondary school students’ safety risk prevention is defined,and the applicability of public participation theory in social public participation in primary and middle school students’ safety risk prevention is sorted out.Secondly,it combs the current situation of social public participation in the safety risk prevention path of primary and middle school students,such as parents,social organization,communities,company and individuals,and summarizes the following problems.The first is the lack of "voice" of the family committee,the second is the detachment of social organizations from the community,the third is the community inspection becomes a mere formality,the fourth is the buck-passing of property companies,and the fifth is the single path of public participation.Thirdly,combining theory with practice,the reasons for the existence of the problem are mainly reflected in law and policy,participation ability,cooperation consciousness,personnel allocation,civic spirit and other aspects.Finally,by referring to the experience of foreign public participation in the safety risk prevention path of primary and middle school students,and in order to realize social public participation in safety risk prevention work of primary and middle school students,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: A risk prevention is to optimize the social public to participate in primary and middle school students safety input path,the second is to strengthen the social public to participate in primary and middle school students security risk prevention of the path,the third it is to build the social public to participate in primary and middle school students safety risk prevention output path.
