| Physical education is to enhance students’ physical fitness and improve students’ health,and promote students’ moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development.But in physical education,if no preventive measures in sports accidents,protective measures are not in place,it may cause a variety of sports injuries.Research on Sports security risk,is performed for physical education teaching various risk factors,to explore the cause of,and propose preventive measures and response strategies.Physical education can effectively prevent the occurrence of security problems,provide good conditions for the students’ normal learning environment and safety training.At present,many scholars and regions have done some research on the school sports injury accident,and achieved certain theoretical results.There is little research on the safety risk of physical education in middle schools and the prevention of specific measures.Therefore,this study has taken Nanchang 10 secondary schools of physical education teachers and student-based research object,This paper analyzes the frequency,characteristics,types and influencing factors of physical education safety risk in some middle schools in Nanchang by means of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The reasons for the emergence of safety problems are explored.Put forward Nanchang secondary school physical education teaching safety and risk prevention measures and suggestions,And provide theoretical reference for school sports teaching safety risk management,And further improve the Nanchang middle school to cope with secondary school physical education in the emergence of security risk prevention.For the Nanchang and the surrounding areas of school physical education and physical education in Jiangxi Province to carry out the safety education and improve the health of middle school students to contribute to the problem.The analysis results:1.A Survey of the Current Situation of Physical Education Teaching in Nanchang Middle School:(1)41.7% of the students had sports injuries in the sports injury,the frequency is higher;(2)The most vulnerable part of the students is an ankle,wrist or hand,knee;(3)In the teaching of physical education,the proportion of sprain is thehighest,followed by abrasions and injuries;(4)Boys are prone to sports injuries in basketball,athletics,and Small ball sports;The girls prone to sports injuries are mainly: athletics,rope skipping and Small ball sports.Physical education teachers in the Physical education,to be treated differently,concerned about the different sex students favorite projects and physical function,individualized.2.Through the main risk factors affecting the security of Nanchang high school physical education research and analysis results: About human factors,Student factors include students lacking good classroom discipline;Students lack the knowledge of sports safety,waiting for the preparation of activities are not serious and so on;Students have poor physical fitness,In the case of students’ lack of athletic skills,rush to carry out sports,prone to dangerous accidents,Students due to psychological factors lead to security problems occur in Physical Education can not be ignored.On teacher factors: The awareness of Physical Education teachers’ safety responsibility still needs to be improved,Some teachers rarely check the venue equipment and students’ clothing before Physical Education.Physical education teachers lack knowledge,Some teachers don’t have the opportunity to receive safety education and training.Some of the physical education teachers in the teaching of dangerous actions without protection help.Which to Nanchang secondary school physical education safety risk caused by security risks.3.An Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Safety of Physical Education in Middle Schools in Nanchang,Nanchang secondary school sports venues and equipment,there are security risks,Lack of investment in sports and other issues.The school class size is set unreasonable,The school lacks effective publicity for students to carry out safety education and safety knowledge training.Nanchang rainy,hot sub-tropical climate environment also has an indirect impact on the school’s physical education safety risk.4.Research on the causes of sports injury can introduce risk management system,Risk management strategies include: risk avoidance,risk reduction,risk transfer and risk retention.In the physical education safety risk management,the same can also use these methods,more effective protection of the safe implementation of physical education.5.Based on the analysis of the current situation of PE teaching in middle schools in Nanchang,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the safety risk of secondary school physical education in Nanchang. |
