In 2020,the Ministry of Education proposed the education project to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality when developing youth campus football, which is an exploratory way to comprehensively promote the comprehensive reform of school sports and promote the in-depth development of the integration of sports and education. How to complete the goal of "every student can master a sports skill" in a limited time has become the main problem faced by the development of physical education in colleges and universities.Micro-grid teaching mode is the product of modern information technology. It advocates independent learning before class, group learning in class, paying attention to cooperative inquiry, recording the teaching process, evaluating and feedback after class, and paying attention to cultivating students’ interest in learning. It has changed the traditional teaching method and is more adapted to the trend and demand of modern education development. This study deeply analyzes the application of micro teaching in all kinds of learning method, combined with modern sports project,at the same time, this paper puts forward a suitable for football learning micro teaching mode,in order to improve the theory and method of football teaching in our country, broaden the football teaching experiment development path, for the future football teaching and scientific research work provides a useful reference. This paper uses the method of literature data, expert interview method, teaching experiment method and questionnaire survey method to study the teaching effect of football micro in general courses in colleges and universities.A total of 40 male students from the two general football classes of Taiyuan University of Technology in 2019 were selected as the research subjects for an 8-week teaching experiment. The experimental class uses the micro-grid teaching mode, while the control class adopts the traditional teaching mode for teaching. Before the experiment, the two classes were tested for physical fitness test, football skill level test, football learning interest and football teaching ability, and the results showed that there was no significant difference and met the conditions for the experiment. After the completion of the teaching experiment, students conduct the same test, and compare and analyze the index data before the experiment,to explore the influence of micro teaching mode on the teaching effect of football general course, and draw the following conclusions:(1)There is no significant change in the micro-grid teaching mode for the improvement of students’ physical quality.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,it is only slightly improved in the average, and its teaching effect is no different from the traditional teaching effect.(2)Micro teaching mode has obvious effect on improving students’ football technology, while traditional teaching mode has no obvious effect on improving football technology, and has no significant difference.(3)Micro teaching mode has significantly improved students’ interest in football learning in five dimensions. The reason is that the novel teaching method combines multimedia and combines information with football course learning, which is in line with the learning characteristics of contemporary college students and is conducive to the formation of learning interest.(4)Micro-grid teaching mode has an obvious role in cultivating students ’teaching ability. The reason is that students constantly improve their own ability in role playing and information feedback. The model process will change students’ understanding of teaching and further improve their application ability of teaching skills.(5)In this teaching experiment, the micro-grid teaching mode has achieved good teaching results,so we should continue to improve the innovation on this basis, and promote the progress and development of college football teaching.
