Research On The Design And Practice Of Microteaching Supported By QQ Platform

It is well known that teachers’ teaching skills are not only determine teaching effectiveness,but also has an important significance on the professional development for teachers.With the wave of reform in education,it put forward higher requirements for teachers’ teaching skills.Thus,as an important method for training teaching skills of normal students,microteaching should be more worthy of in-depth study and discussion.But the existing and monistic way of microteaching training methods has already can’t meet individual needs of broad normal students and mid-career teachers.The rapid development of the Internet and information technology provided new ways for the realization of microteaching.This study summarized main problems that exist in the process of microteaching practice at present.Combining with the teaching function and characteristics of QQ platform,devise microteaching process framework supported by QQ platform.It is mainly includes three parts,that is the type under the guidance of teachers microteaching supported by QQ platform,the type under the self-lesson preparation microteaching supported by QQ platform and the type under the collaborative learning microteaching supported by QQ software platform.The three ways not only exist independently,but also contact each other and promote each other.Then,the writer selected master graduate students of educational technology major made a study of practice for the type under the collaborative learning microteaching supported by QQ platform and through the interview results of practice to get their evaluation and feedback for the study.The study is about analyzing the effectiveness of the microteaching design and existing problems supported by QQ platform.This study shows that microteaching supported by QQ platform enriched the traditional microteaching training methods,which makes training time and training place more flexible.Not only can promote the communication in depth of the microteaching evaluation,but also can improve the efficiency of microteaching training effectively.
