| Education equity is the cornerstone of social equity,and higher education equity is an important element of education equity.Entering a new era,China’s higher education has always implemented the concept of people-oriented development,and has made significant achievements in the reform and development of higher education.In the process of enhancing the construction of an educational power,it actively promotes information-based education,which in turn promotes the improvement of higher education equity and quality.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Action Plan for Education Informatization 2.0,stating that education informatization" will definitely become an effective means to promote educational equity and improve the quality of education." The 2019 China Education Modernization 2035 emphasizes in its guiding ideology that "efforts will be made to improve the quality of education and promote educational equity," and explicitly calls for "accelerating the transformation of education in the era of informatization."Information technology and education informatization are developing strongly at home and abroad,and the academic community is now more active in the discussion and research on e-education,and certain academic achievements have been made.In the age of informatization,informatization provides a lot of help to promote equity in higher education,however,in the process of promoting equity in higher education by informatization in China today,there are also many problems and difficulties that need to be explored continuously at the theoretical and practical levels.Informatization education has provided favorable conditions for promoting equity in higher education,however,in the process of promoting equity in higher education by informatization in China today,there are also many problems and difficulties that need to be explored continuously at the theoretical and practical levels.In the study,we insist on the important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on educational equity as the guidance,actively promote higher education equity based on the perspective of informatization development as the starting point,fully use literature research,questionnaire survey and interview analysis,and apply theoretical knowledge such as connectionist learning theory and constructivism to actively explore the issue of informatization to promote higher education equity.Through analyzing the current situation of domestic and foreign research,sorting out relevant concepts and theories,researching and organizing the latest information and research results on informationization to promote fairness in higher education,and emphasizing the importance and focus of informationization to promote fairness in higher education.The survey and interviews with teachers and students in colleges and universities and students’ parents reveal that there are outstanding problems in the level of technology,resource distribution,platform construction,quality monitoring,policy guarantee and teachers’ and students’ informatization literacy in the promotion of higher education equity by informatization.We propose countermeasures from the government,colleges and universities,and students to accelerate the process of promoting higher education equity through reasonable countermeasures,so as to promote education equity,improve education quality,and promote education reform. |
