The competency test for maritime graduates is one of the important inspection indicators for the training of high-quality maritime talents in maritime colleges in my country.The passing of the seafarer competency exam is closely related to the quality of seafarers.Therefore,maritime colleges and universities attach great importance to competency examinations,and it is imperative for maritime colleges and universities to improve crew training.However,the number of students for competency exams in various maritime colleges is decreasing year by year,and the passing rate of competency exams continues to decrease,resulting in a sharp decline in the number of students capable of sailing jobs.In the long run,the number of maritime talents will be difficult to meet social needs,which restricts The advancement and development of my country’s construction of a maritime power.Various maritime colleges and universities have accordingly introduced a series of policies suitable for the school,such as linking with graduation certificates and increasing opportunities for competency exams,aiming to make students pass the exams with rigid requirements.At the same time,the competency test certificate is a necessary prerequisite for boarding work.Maritime graduates are faced with the choice of entering a higher education or a job.This brings to the maritime graduates who have not passed the competency test once or more.The greater the pressure,the outstanding performance of the pressure problem,this urgently requires attention.This article takes D University as an example.D University attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,and directly relates the passing of the maritime professional competency test to graduation.In recent years,the pass rate of a major certificate is very low,and there is no one time or more.Students who pass the major certificate test will face different levels of stress problems.The severe performance may even include loss of appetite,insomnia,hair loss,anxiety,etc.Excessive learning pressure not only manifests in life,but also affects emotions,and handles them correctly.Test pressure is extremely closely related to students’ physical and mental health and adaptive development.At the same time,pay attention to the development and variability of navigation majors,analyze the current situation of the examination pressure of navigation majors in a timely and effective manner,take preventive measures before they occur,and actively take corresponding measures.This article aims to understand the pressure problems of navigation majors in the course of the university certificate examination from the perspective of social work,and use the professional methods and techniques of social work to help them alleviate the pressure problem and better manage the pressure.
