| As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the contradiction between the people’s need for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development has become the principal contradiction in society.This contradiction is also reflected in the field of graduate education.With the rapid development of economy,the social division of labor is becoming more and more refined,there are many kinds of occupations,and the quality requirements are becoming higher and higher,resulting in a huge demand for high-level applied talents.The effective supply of professional degree graduate education is insufficient,and there is a gap between training quality and social demand,forming a contradiction between supply and demand.Under the development main line of service demand and improving quality,exploring and establishing a professional degree postgraduate training mode with professional ability as the training focus,production and education integration,adapting to economic development and Chinese characteristics is the key to improving quality.Through reading literature and academic resources,on the basis of summarizing the general situation of professional degrees in China,starting with the core concepts,this paper systematically expounds the connotation of triangular coordination theory and higher education stratification theory.Then,using the investigation and research method,obtain the relevant data of representative local colleges and universities in Hunan Province,summarize the current situation and problems of professional degree postgraduate training in local colleges and universities,and make an in-depth analysis of the reasons.Then it draws lessons from the mature experience of professional degree graduate education in the United States and Japan.According to the above research,finally,the paper puts forward the ways to improve the training quality of professional degree postgraduates in local colleges and Universities: from the national level,we should optimize the top-level design and realize two changes: first,improve policies and regulations,strengthen guiding functions and change management ideas;Second,enhance autonomy and coordination,simplify administration and delegate power,and transform government functions.From the perspective of the market,we should give full play to the market function and strengthen the three mechanisms of "participation","evaluation" and "competition".From the perspective of internal management of colleges and universities,we should implement four aspects: clarify the positioning and advantages,improve competitiveness;Strengthen the management of training process and pay attention to the cultivation of professional ability;Implement the diversion and elimination mechanism to ensure the training quality;Pay attention to the professional needs of the market and establish a dynamic feedback mechanism. |
