| In recent years,with the development of society and the continuous deepening of education reform,the problem of teachers’ work stress has also become a common phenomenon,In addition,teachers are facing many challenges in society,education system reform,school management,students,etc.This makes the stress problem of middle school teachers more and more serious.The country attaches great importance to the development of education.If the stress of teachers is not effectively resolved,it will affect the cultivation of talents in the future and affect the development of education.The M Middle School ranks lower in its comprehensive strength in the region,and the school’ s students’ results are at the bottom of the region.This also puts forward higher requirements for teachers of M Middle School.This article hopes to be able to pass the investigation and research on the work stress of teachers in The M Middle School.Understand the stress problems faced by teachers from the micro-level,and put forward practical suggestions for the work stress problems faced by teachers.This article mainly uses the theory of individual-environment matching and the theory of work stress system.At the same time,this article uses the method of literature research to fully study and study the relevant research results of teachers’ work stress at home and abroad,and independently designs and revises the questionnaire.The questionnaire method and the interview method were used to investigate and study the status of teachers’ work stress in M Middle School.Through the analysis of the work pressure statistics of teachers in this middle school,it can reflect the stress characteristics of teachers in this middle school: The overall stress of teachers is relatively high,and there are certain differences within them;Among the influencing factors,social expectation factors bring the highest stress on teachers;Educational reform and school management factors and student learning and class management factors are the two major sources of stress for teachers;Interpersonal relationship processing factors bring relatively low stress to teachers;The teachers hope to get more recognition and support;The teachers can cope with the stress better,and most teachers can use their own way to decompress.Combining the above characteristics to analyze the causes of teachers work pressure problems mainly include four levels: individuals,schools and students,educational organizations and society.The specific reasons include: excessive social expectations lead to teachers,responsibilities and burdens are too heavy,the evaluation and evaluation mechanism for teachers is too single,there is less collaborative work between departments within the school,the lack of effective teaching training,personal burnout etc.Based on the causes of stress,the corresponding countermeasures are given at the four levels of individuals,schools and students,educational organizations,and society.Specific measures include: improve teachers ’treatment,reasonably expect teachers,give teachers corresponding rights,develop corresponding education communication platforms,coordinate work between various departments of the school,optimize resource allocation,improve teachers’ personal career planning and effective self-regulation methods,etc.Through these countermeasures and suggestions to help teachers relieve work stress and promote the development of China’s education. |
