In order to implement the requirement of the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 edition)for the expanded task group of "whole book reading",teachers,as reading teaching organizers and guides, should always pay attention to the students’ diverse reading needs. In the junior high school, the application of task-based teaching in the field of whole book reading teaching is still very limited, and the emphasis on prose collections is lacking in case practice exploration. As an art form with unique aesthetic value, prose collection has great learning value for students in terms of constructing language knowledge, developing deep thinking, improving aesthetic quality and edifying human literacy. But the unique cultural spirit of the same author’s prose collection and the mismatch between the thought span of the composition and the cognitive ability of the seventh grade students constitute the difficulties in the teaching of prose collection. This study takes Shen Congwen’s prose collection Xiang xing San ji as its main research carrier, explores the implementation of task-based teaching, forms a complete set of design results, and verifies the feasibility and superiority of task-based teaching in middle school prose teaching through practice. The method and enlightenment can provide some reference for Chinese teachers to implement task-based teaching.First of all,the teaching of the whole prose collection in junior high school is suitable for taskbased teaching.Compared with traditional teaching,task-based teaching can motivate students to participate in the classroom, and has great influence in promoting students’ advanced reading methods and improving their ability to interpret text.Secondly, the task-based teaching of essays should focus on classification and integration and actively create social life situations. Finally, teachers should promote reading in a complete and orderly way, stimulate interest through social participation, promote the development of students’ multiple intelligences, and encourage innovation through multidimensional evaluation. |
