College stage is the key period to cultivate students’ independence and personality development.Students at this stage tend to be empty and confused due to the loose time and lack of constraints from parents and teachers.Some students lack self-discipline and form the habit of laziness and procrastination.Serious procrastination can lead to depression,anxiety and other psychological problems,and even affect the completion of school.The first study was to explore the effectiveness of interactive reading therapy in the intervention of procrastination in college students.The second study mainly discussed the influence factors of interactive reading therapy on procrastination.In study 1,undergraduates with procrastination behavior were screened by the General Procrastination Scale(GPS)and divided into experimental group and control group,with13 students in the experimental group and 15 students in the control group.The experimental group received the interactive reading therapy intervention for 6 weeks,a total of 6 times,90 minutes each,while the control group did not receive the intervention.Both groups completed the procrastination scale test before and after the intervention.2on the basis of studying a research,using qualitative research method,selecting four subjects one-on-one semi-structured interviews,using nvivo12 analysis software to extract the relevant concepts,and then to level 3 encoding of information,further discussion of procrastination in the interactive reading therapy effect factors of the formation of new concepts,the relevant conclusions.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of procrastination behavior between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05);After interactive reading therapy intervention,the test scores of procrastination behavior were significantly different before and after(P < 0.05),and the procrastination behavior was significantly improved;The post-test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the intervention result of the experimental group was better than the control group.After six weeks of intervention,the procrastination behavior of the experimental group developed in a positive direction;Through coding analysis of qualitative research,it is found that there are four factors influencing procrastination behavior.From what has been discussed above,Interactive reading therapy is effective in improving procrastination behavior of college students.The factors influencing the effect of interactive reading therapy on college students’ procrastination behavior include selfcognitive adjustment,effective methods,field atmosphere and the role of facilitator.Figure 3;Table 8;Reference 44...
