With the rapid development of China’s economy and the further process of world integration,the tertiary industry develops and becomes an important force to promote the national economy.As an important part of the tertiary industry,human resources industry in China shows a growing trend of vigorous development,and gradually to market,international development.And job satisfaction can not only be used as an important index to diagnose the problems in enterprise management,but also more specifically reflect the employees’ opinions and attitudes to salary and welfare,development space,organizational atmosphere,leadership style,work environment,etc.The research object is 346 grass-roots employees from Company C in this paper.After the review of domestic and foreign literature,questionnaire design,deep interviews with grass-roots employees and statistical analysis,the author has managed to draw some useful conclusions.Through the analysis of this paper,This paper analyzes that the overall job satisfaction of the grass-roots employees of C company is between dissatisfied and average,the author finds that the factors in their low job satisfaction are salary and benefits,lack of incentive mechanism,uneven leadership of managers,high pressure of employees,unclear career development of employees and unsystematic training.According to the above analysis results,this paper believes that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the job satisfaction of the grass-roots employees of C Company.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the job satisfaction of the grass-roots employees in C company.The first is to improve the salary and welfare system,the second is to alleviate work burden,the third is to strengthen the team cooperation,and the fourth is to broaden staff career development.
